Yes! I had been inactive on an account for about two years or so, and had logged in a few days ago! It was Envy, I hadn't post on the account in two years. If it is an issue, I can certainly switch over to that account and go through the switching characters process: but to be quite frank, I never really ended up RPing on the original character in the first place.
If this translated to being dishonest or me trying to pull the proverbial wool over your guys' eyes: I am certainly not. I would never try to go out of my way to post as two characters at once, and had not planned to return to Envy: in fact, I had simply signed in to look through my old app.
