CHARACTER HISTORY:
In the times of an age long past – there lived a people so vile, relentless, degenerate and yet cunning: that the mere mentioning of their kind was met with death.
They are the Skaven: Children of the Great Horned Rat. The scourge of the mortal realms: as wherever they tread, ruin follows in their wake.
In everlasting service to the eternal hunger and will of the Great Horned Rat: their under-empires span the widths of entire continents and are dug far deeper down than any mine.
For within these burrows, they scheme and concoct: crafting weapons of vile destruction and chaos. They are the architects of destruction: the epitomizing manifestations of mortalkind's soured decadence.
None represent this more than that of Ikit Claw: Chief Warlock-Engineer of Clan Skryre. His mind is a poison to Order and stability: being the key to numerous hideous tools of death utilized by the width of the Vermintide.
He himself has surpassed the mortal coils of his kind: the warpstone of his energy-infused armor granting his withered body an ageless constitution. His countless years restlessly studying the greatest of his world's technologies: and chief among those who destroyed it. For it was through his design that brought the greatest of the Skaven's war-rigs to a sputtering, sickening life. He was of the few who designed the horrifying likes of the Storm-Fiends: hulking monstrosities sporting the most volatile and efficient killing machines Clan Skryre had to offer.
And although the end times had come to the world of his birth, Ikit Claw, most-assuredly by the will of the Great Horned Rat: now dwells within the realm of the Omniverse.

Upon his darkened steel armor: a claw of great bladed scythes stretch from its warpstone – blessed plates. The claw: with each blade at a foot's length: allow for Ikit to slice into opponents, should the need become necessary.
What's more: the arm itself is embedded with a warp-flamethrower device, feeding from his backside up into a brass nozzle jutting from the palm of his great claw.
From the Warpstone-powered machinations of his armor, should he require it: the Skaven may begin feeding raw energies through the eternal piping, taking but a few seconds of sputtering, hideous noise to begin dousing any within a fifteen foot cone before him (at a 45 degree angle) in a scathing display of blistering green warpfire.
He can continuously do this, if necessary: for over thirty seconds before having to allow the machinations to temporarily cool-down. His pack can carry enough warpstone fuel for six bursts.
Super-Moves
[Tier 1 Super Attack – Warp Lightening – Ranged, Area Attack, Ranged Materialize – 600 OM]
Ikit raises his claw to the sky, beginning to sound off a writhing throaty chant: gathering the winds to his will. Within but a few seconds, a terrible cloud of sickly-pale gas will coalesce above his target. Within the blink of an eye, an arc of darkened green lightening will be cast down onto Ikit's target: bestowing the Great Horned Rat's blessing of death-death to any within a fifteen meter radius of its impact zone in a explosion of warp energies.

Dark-Claw:
>You won't be able to slice through all opponents with ease, so can you add a small comment in like, "(dependant on his ATK and their DEF)".

Switched around the wording: nerfed the lightening to a 15 foot radius: removed the homing proficiency, and explained the limitations of the warpstone-flamethrower better.

Yes! I had been inactive on an account for about two years or so, and had logged in a few days ago! It was Envy, I hadn't post on the account in two years. If it is an issue, I can certainly switch over to that account and go through the switching characters process: but to be quite frank, I never really ended up RPing on the original character in the first place.
If this translated to being dishonest or me trying to pull the proverbial wool over your guys' eyes: I am certainly not. I would never try to go out of my way to post as two characters at once, and had not planned to return to Envy: in fact, I had simply signed in to look through my old app.

Dark-Claw: The claw part is fine, just remember that you're not going to be able to slice into everyone with them. You've got 2 ATK, so you'll probably only scratch someone with 4 DEF (whose skin is like armour). As for the flamethrower, how fast do the flames travel, or how long do they take to reach the maximum range? Also, how long does it have to cool down for? Lastly, you might want to decrease the flamethrower duration and increase the ammo it has (or just give it unlimited ammo) - that would make it more damaging. (Shorter 5 second bursts of higher damage rather than longer 30 second periods of lower damage)
