AGL Arms .45 Long Colt -300 (Ranged Attack Proficiency)
A silver, modified .45 Long Colt revolver, its bullets travel moderately faster than that of a standard gun of the model it is based off of. It has a break-top reload system and is accompanied by a couple clips for fast 1-second reloads. The design doesn't have a rounded body, instead having two columns connected by an indented piece of metal, having the barrel be contained within the lower half rather than the top. The presumably solid portion in the top half instead contains a breakaway facade with a miniature plant. This revolver is never prone to jamming and contains a maximum of 6 bullets in the revolver chamber. The effective range extends to about 80 yards.

Hand-Cannon -600 (Ranged attack Proficiency, Physical Strength Proficiency)
Vash's left arm is a cybernetic arm with an integrated sub machine gun, fed through tubes under his trademark red coat. It is relatively powerful overall and fires around 3 bullets a second, never running out of ammo. It's made of metal, and can be used to punch with harder than a normal arm, but tends to move a bit slower and is more tiring to hit with due to its weight. The entire arm is concealed under his glove and coat until he uses it.

Ode to a priest -600 tier 1 supermove (Area Attack Proficiency, Ranged Attack Proficiency)
Vash uses the Punisher, a hulking weapon in the shape of a cross, which carries an assortment of 8 pistols (4 on each side) and 3 integrated armaments including 2 machine guns on the long end which totaled about 10 rounds a second. and a rocket launcher on the opposite. The cross is made of extremely sturdy metal which has taken direct fire from high caliber firearms and explosions without breaking. When not being used it is wrapped in an extremely large cloth bound by leather straps. The cross is about as big as he is.

He fires a continuous battery of bullets out of the machine gun end of the cross, letting lose 10 seconds of continuous fire until releasing a rocket projectile out of the launcher end which travels up to 30 yards at around 300 miles/hour exploding in a radius of around 4 yards wide and 5 yards high. Thereafter he slams the cross into the ground presenting 8 preloaded pistols out of the sides (70 yard effective range, 7 round mag, double action) which he then
uses one by one into the smoke, firing only one shot from each.

I've added/changed the bolded words in your moves here. Either to add in details (like the cross size and reload time, and how his arm can be used for melee), or to change some parts.

Your super attack fired too much for a T1. Also, your rocket projectile was really slow. 9 mph is like... jogging speed. Somewhere between 300 and 600 mph is probably more accurate. At least more than about 250 miles/hour. If you want a slow rocket, I won't stop ya. It just seemed like a mistake.
