Break and Mend, Taroba!- Tier 1 Super Utility - 600 OM (Requires Physical Proficiency)
Shio's weapon, referred to as a zanpakuto, is far more than a mundane sword by most standards.  While it has no inherent powers, and is good only for rending flesh in the hands of others, to Shio it contains a reflection of his 'self'.  Much the same way that water takes the shape of the container it's put into, Shio poured a portion of his soul and identity into the blade, allowing it to take on an identity separate from himself.  By invoking its name deliberately, he can cause it to melt and run, as if it were made of candle wax.  Once this is done, he can reform it into other weaponry, with relative ease.  By efficiently swapping his weaponry from close-range for assassination purposes to mid-range, keeping his opponent at the heft of a spear, Shio is able to deal with opponents with frightening versatility.  None of the forms his weapons take are inherently greater or weaker than his typical sword form, and the damage it deals isn't augmented in any meaningful way.  The only real benefit of this ability is in Shio's own ability to follow through on his intuition, allowing him to make his weapon more slender or precise, to better slip through the eye slot of a suit of armor, or to maintain distance with someone he doesn't wish to get within arm's reach of.  He can only alter the form of his weapon once per round, and the change must be declared on his turn, forcing him to improvise on the fly if his opponents are able to outguess him, and the form his weapon is about to take.

Ikkotsu (Requires Physical Proficiency)
One of the first hand-to-hand techniques a shinigami learns, and their bread-and-butter for good reason. The move itself takes approximately a second to execute, but it can take anywhere from two to five seconds to assume an appropriate stance depending on how well-suited one is to the battlefield and their opponent. By stomping down with their lead foot and extending their hand in a fist, the user aims to pulverize whatever they're striking. At current, Shio's force with it is fairly lacking, so he typically prefers to only whip it out against opponents who are making little to no effort at self-defense. Once he's decided a target however, he can hit his opponent very quickly, albeit without much more force than one would get from walking into a piece of furniture.

Frenzied Swipe (Requires Physical Proficiency)
Shio is talented at a great deal of forms of combat, but he excels most notably in the range one would expect from the typical longsword. This move takes about half a second to perform, provided Shio isn't otherwise distracted or fatigued, making it a very good way to finish off opponents who he's leery of giving a chance to prepare whatever nasty surprises they like. Starting from the shoulder and working his way towards his opposite hip, Shio aims to slice his opponent open at the center of mass. There's more force and passion than finesse behind this blow, so it's relatively slow but can smash through most shoddy defenses, making it far wiser to dodge than block.

Break and Mend: This is really weak for a super move. Like, you can have a normal variable move that does this. You'd just need to pay 300 OM for each type of weapon (but it wouldn't cost SP to use so you could change your sword whenever you want). Also... you wouldn't be able to use this without a normal move for the actual sword or weapon in the first place before you could use the super to change it.

Ikkotsu: Up to 5 seconds to analyse a target, and then 1 second to punch 'em hard after that. Seems good. I think you're selling your strength short though. Really, if it's a straight forwards strike, it should be a fairly solid blow.

Frenzied Swipe: This looks good. Remember to add in your move costs, so this would be 300 OM, as would Ikkotsu.
