You'll probably also need some drawbacks, otherwise it won't be very strong, since at the moment this basically lets you start fights with a free shield capable of blocking lighter hits. If you wanted to have something that looks the same way as this, you could probably just make it fodder and work it into an IC explanation for her DEF.
