What I should probably work on is defining the upper range limits of Super Attacks, since some of the radii people have tried to get approved are absolutely silly. That'll be on my to-do list.
80 metres should be more than enough to dodge anything or do anything required for teleportation feats, and I have no intention of raising that hard limit.
To reiterate what I posted in the staff forum: teleport's ranges were designed so that it can always be useful in combat, outside of combat as a utility thing, and as a generally useful power - but it's not meant to override travel times.
