1: Any of the mainline Touhou Project games, really. Cute girls, silly banter, great music, and challenging gameplay, what's not to love? Though I do hold a special place for "Legacy of Lunatic Kingdom" for various reasons. Minus a few songs, its soundtrack is my favorite, almost all of the spell cards and patterns are super fun, and Pointdevice Mode makes it much easier to keep going after a fuck-up. And believe me, there will be fuck-ups aplenty.
2: SMITE. Though I'm a pleb and don't play conquest even though it's a MOBA. I just like to kick back with a few drinks, play some Scylla, farm to late game, and delete anyone who looks at me funny.
3: Minecraft. A sandbox with almost endless possibilities. A nice, relaxing game to unwind with, or dick around with some friends in.
4: Kerbal Space Program. Space exploration! Belle gave a better explanation than I could.
5: Skyrim. Because of course. Though it isn't as addicting as it used to be, I still come back to it every now and then when I'm in the mood for some good 'ole fantasy magic action.
