1. Upon receiving Recognition, you get a lump sum of 500 OM. Your rest points cap increases. Both of these are one-time bonuses that unlock when you first receive Recognition. Earning Recognition in a 2nd verse does not unlock any additional OOC benefits.
2. Nexus, no. Astral Verse + Dataverse, yes (the physical Dataverse, not the message boards)
3. As it stands currently, there's nothing stopping someone aligned with the Empire (with the boost of Coruscant Recognition) from throwing a Base down in Minas Tirith, but logic would tell me doing so would throw up some red flags for Kingdom management.
