For Shared Vision, I'd say you're free to keep it as a fodder move as long as you like you said it's non-combat/non-competition until you buy the proficiency.
Hyper Focus: Roughly how damaging is this? Like are we talking potentially debilitating pain or just a sharp stabbing pain? Stats will determine the actual damage like you said, but just looking for a baseline on the average person. Can you clarify on the stamina drain somewhat? The first part just mentions the maximum time he can hold it before it hurts but it doesn't mention what happens if he just doesn't go over that time period. Also with the offensive version, how tiring are we talking? Being able to potentially stagger an entire army of 10 Primes without much effort isn't going to be doable, so something like that should specifically say that the higher end will be costly. Lastly, it seems like for what you're trying to accomplish here you'll need Area Attack proficiency. Ranged Prof would give you stuff like projectiles that you have to fire off, but this seems more like a wave of telepathic energy to me. If I'm misunderstanding let me know.
