Lemmy is a 1-2 on normal basis and would rise up to a 3-4 on more serious cases; anything beyond that will be a means of concern and it must be stopped as soon as possible because that's not a good sign.
However, knowing how sensitive and goodnatured Lemmy is, I'm sure his LV (even if raised) would drop down in time..unless he needs immediate help.
Gaster would be a LV of 3-4 at best but I can kinda see him go higher if he loses himself (due to instability).
