I like to teach my Gardes Shockwave. I dunno, just seems to fit well. It would give you some direct damage as well.
If you're going to be playing the topsy turvy game with her, then consider getting some moves that alter perception. Doubleteam comes to mind.
You'll need something to help her in a up close and personal situation, like a panic move. Not sure what a pokemon equivalent would be. Astonish?
