Here are the moves I've recently made. I'm sure they'll require revising, especially Trick Room.
Psychic (600)
Requires Ranged, Telekinesis
Gardevoir focuses her inner psychokinetic power to an extreme sharpness. This allows her to use her Telekinesis much more efficiently at a more pressing cost. The Psychic will cease all movement and focus on an item or person. She cannot move or be interrupted while attempting to use this move. After about three seconds of preparation(depending on the size and weight of the item in question), she can lift her target with her psychokinesis. She can hold an item based on its weight; and other primes based on her Atk stat. The target enemy can resist Gardevoir’s Psychic, but only if their Def is relatively close to, or greater than, her Atk. This attack can be charged beyond three seconds up to ten, getting twofold stronger at seven seconds, and threefold at ten.
Gravity (600)
Requires Telekinesis, Debuff, Area attack, Ranged
Gardevoir focuses her psychic energy into the atmosphere around her and her enemies. After charging for about fifteen seconds of uninterrupted focus, she make the entire battlefield around everyone much heavier. This attack disables the ability to fly and makes everyone within a 25m radius of Gardevoir half as fast in the process. This attack can be maintained for only five minutes and also affects Gardevoir. Once activate, this move does not have to be actively maintained and doesn't wear her down as a result. With greater Def than Gardevoir’s Atk, some may be able to resist the speed debuff, but Gardevoir cannot negate any of the affects to herself.
Trick Room (300)
Requires Area Affect, Ranged, Telekinesis, Debuff, Buff
Gardevoir creates a wide, white room made of her own psychic prowess that alters the effects of movement. Gardevoir spend 15 seconds preparing Trick Room before it can be effectively used. This room is blank white, with black lines that outline the proportions of it, basically mocking the Nexus to some degree. The room itself is 15mx15m and can be exited by passing through the unrealistic wall that separates the metaphorical ‘inside’ with the ‘outside’. While inside this room, slower targets seem to move faster than the faster targets. If a target has better tec than Gardevoir, they might resist the effects of the Trick Room, but still feel themselves feeling somewhat sluggish or tired. If the effect gets through, though, the two closest target will swap their speed stats with each other. So, if Amber(who has 3 Spd) gets caught in Gardevoir’s trick room and can't resist the effect, she will then have 2 SPD(Gardevoir’s) and Gardevoir will have 3. If resisted, the targets lose 1 point of speed per 3 minutes they spend in Trick Room. Trick Room lasts for 15 minutes before disappearing. One cannot see inside the Trick Room from the ‘Outside’ and vice versa, but the walls are completely phasable, allowing people to move in and out at will. This attack is very pressing on Gardevoir and can fatigue her easily.
