Do movements have to be to flat adjacency?

Hey after a Zone becomes a Dead Zone is it just for a IC Day or for the rest of DA? And what if someone stays inside of Zone A holding a Quest Item when the Dead Zone activates?

Is a neutral truce the same as an alliance in terms of movement? Can Dust be pulled along by Gillidan or do I have to move on my own?

(And I mean through [sub-]zones, Gillidan can probably man-handle him easily despite the size difference. =P )
