The symbols are about a foot wide/long each. This is mildly draining on his energy, and ideally, would be used while not moving or it runs the risk of backfiring upon him. It cannot be used with other moves. However, this is required to be out should he perform the symbol power moves that are shown below.

Symbol Power - Tri-Fire Orbs (600 OM, Ranged Proficiency, Debuff Proficiency, Remote Control Proficiency, Area Attack):

One of the symbol power attacks that is made possible by the possession of the Samuraizer. This creates three tennis ball sized orbs of fire but each possesses the equivalent power to a land mine when they go off. The orbs have a maximum range of a hundred feet from him before they automatically detonate. The orbs can also be remotely detonated by him with a mere thought on his part. It takes him ten seconds to paint the symbols with the Samuraizer that become these three orbs. The orbs also do 'splash' damage in that they release a torrent of flames upon being hit with anything or detonation. These flames can burn an enemy for about 8 seconds. This move requires one hand, so any moves that require both hands couldn't be used while this move is in use. In addition, this move also requires that he give it his full concentration, and so much like the Samuraizer he cannot attack or defend while writing this move. The explosion has a range of twenty-five feet from wherever the orbs happen to be located. These orbs travel at double the speed of an arrow. 

Symbol Power - Hydro Stream (300 OM, Ranged Proficiency, Debuff):

This shoots a stream of water that is thin, much like what could come out of a water gun. This travels at the speed of an arrow and does low amounts of damage to anyone it hits. The main damage comes from the fact that the water is freezing cold. Due to the nature of the water being freezing cold, this also has a side-effect to it in addition to dealing damage. It will lock out a single move for ten seconds that costs over 600 OM so long as that move is not the only one possessed by the individual and that move qualifies as a weapon move. This is mildly draining on his energy reserves and cannot be done while moving. Should he do this while moving however the Symbol Power has a chance of backfiring upon him and making him unable to use one 600 OM move that is a weapon move. This travels at double the speed of an arrow. It takes him roughly twelve seconds to draw the symbols correctly.


Taro Saber - (Physical Strength,  Debuff Proficiency, 300. )
A sword of one of the Legendary Ranger Allies of the Lost Galaxy. The sword can ignite with fire. The sword is similar to a weapon that is wielded by a Knight. The blade is a weapon that is wielded by Veritas but has like his other weapons been corrupted. This is mildly exhausting like running a mile if you were in shape for him to summon and use. Takes him about six seconds to summon. The flame-effect cannot be used with other moves and in fact, prevents the use of other moves for about 5 seconds after they are activated. The flames take about 15 seconds to charge up with the Taro Saber. As a plus, they can burn an opponent for about six seconds however.

Ah, you purchased it right after asking for confirmation that it was approved so that was a little unclear.  That’s fine then, but next time if you’re at all confused about whether something is approved please wait for a definite answer.

Taro Saber: Is the charge time there for each strike that would cause flame or does the sword stay flaming for as long as you put energy into it? I also still need to know how damaging the flaming debuff is.

Samuraizer: I still need to know how fast these move. You don’t need Area Attack for blasts of this size.

Tri-Orbs: I still need to know if this be fired while moving and how draining is this on his stamina. Also, while 25 feet is fine hypothetically, expect a pretty steep damage falloff that far away from the blast.

Hydro Stream: I still need a range on this.

Arrow of Hope-300 OM (Requires Ranged Proficiency)
This is a simple blast fired from Cole's ring. It is 75 centimetres long, and very thin. Each blast takes only half a second to fire. It moves about as fast as an arrow, and only causes minor damage, acting as a blunt weapon able to cause bruising to an average person. This shot is very accurate, able to travel more than 100 metres and still being relatively accurate. These shots barely cause an energy drain to Cole, and it would take firing at least 100 of them in rapid succession to make him tired.

You'll need to tweak something here, as having something that barely fatigues him to use but can cause up to second degree burning and fires this fast is way too powerful.

Toxic Talons (300 OM, requires physical, debuff proficiency)
Upon the deserts of Merax, no evolutionary advantage or dirty trick was passed up in the constant struggle for survival. While the venom glands of their ancestors have withered in recent millennia, gene-therapy treatments have allowed both the ruling genius caste and their soldiers to reclaim the legacy of old. Axemerax's gland has a tendency to overproduce in times of intense emotions, with the paralytic fluids drooling from his mouth. Due to the inefficiency of attempting to bite a target, Axemerax instead elects to raise his claws to his mouth, daubing them in the substance. For the next 10 seconds, or until his claws make contact with an opponent, The Primus's claws are venom-coated. If this poison enters the bloodstream of a target, they become paralyzed for a period of time equal to 4-DEF. Due to the time it takes to regenerate the poison, this move can only be used once every 20 seconds. If his first blow after application fails to enter the bloodstream, the poison is wasted.

Compound 27-Sigma (300 OM, requires ranged, area attack, debuff proficiency)
The God-Kings of Sivin were one of Axemerax's first conquests. A highly psychic species, their ruling caste of telepaths were worshiped as gods by their lessers, spending every moment bathing in the adoring thoughts of their flock. This devotion created a staunch bulwark of insectoid bodies for the armies of The Alignment to breach, their numbers and fanaticism, coupled with the calculating minds behind the defense, almost succeeded at stalling the advance of Axemerax's Legions. Almost. After months in the lab, Compound 27-Sigma was created, a drastic alteration of a street drug fabricated on some Sivin worlds.

Rather than the pleasant hallucinations the original created, 27-Sigma generated terror. Released over the citadels of the God-Kings with the aid of slave-shackled Sivin citizens released into the crowd, millions of the insectoid creatures went mad with fear, every moment of terror being telepathically passed on to the arthropod aristocracy above. With their ruler caste irredeemably mad, resistance was soon crushed.

Axemerax keeps 27-Sigma stored in canisters in his right shoulder, a tube emerging to launch one on demand. Once launched, the grenade travels up to 50 meters before detonating on impact, creating a haze 5 meters in radius, afflicting all those who breathe it in with its effects. Upon inhaling the toxin, the unfortunate victim begins to hallucinate for 5 seconds, with the duration being extended for as long as they remain inside the cloud. These hallucinations turn everything in the vicinity into a darker, somewhat more terrifying version of itself: Axemerax, a nearly 3-meter tall cyborg lizard bastard only needs marginal altering, the empty void of the nexus becomes a bottomless pit, the victim's own arms become riddled with flesh-eating beetles, etc. The cloud lasts for 5 seconds. This move may only be used every 20 seconds.
Torcher of tomes, slayer of sorcerers, taker of ears, and flayer of men. Reasonable rates.
Lightning Disc - Lightning Slash - (300 OM, Physical Strength, Debuff.)

This move takes seven seconds to prepare because he must switch out the disc on the Spin Sword. Multi-Weapon Construct Apparatus MK I: (2100, Physical Strength,  Ranged Proficiency.) 

This device was one that didn't exist, back in Warren's world. Created using data on Hard Light Technology, this is capable of making a few preset constructs that have been programmed into it. The constructs it makes are limited to hand held things, and currently, only a few defaults have been installed as capabilities of the device. This also has his communicator and mobile data verse device integrated into it. Unlike his devices, this is one that Warren has built for himself. These moves can be used while he is moving, and if he has a hand free they can be used with other moves so long as the move doesn't conflict. 

The first construct is an elegant purple and black Calvary sword that has golden trim. This sword can be used for melee combat and is a simple construct with no special properties, and is an ordinary sword. This takes two seconds to summon. This is a foot and a half long. 

The second construct granted by the Multi-Weapon Construct Apparatus is a set of hooked swords. These can be used defensively to parry attacks that are directed by crossing them together. They can also be used to travel along zip lines, but their primary use is to cut an enemy down to size. Despite being constructs they are ordinary blades with no special properties. This takes five seconds to summon both. These are about two and a half feet long. 

The third form of the Multi-Weapon Construct Apparatus's construct is an assault rifle with 30 shots. Each shot is the size of a tennis ball. The rifle takes him seven seconds to summon and appears to be your standard purple/black/silver assault rifle, albeit transparent. This is the standard weight, length and height of an assault rifle as well as weight.  This takes him seven seconds to summon. It has a clip of about 30 shots. Two shots can be fired per second. Takes three seconds to reload ten shots.  Alternately by dismissing this and thus being unable to use it for about eight seconds it can be completely reloaded. 

The fourth of the constructs is a circular shield, but with wicked blades on the edges of the shield. This can be used offensively by being hurled at an enemy to cut them up or by being used as a 'chainsaw' when a button inside it is pushed to cut down multiple enemies with the blades on the shield. The downside is that the shield is like a boomerang, and so the move could come back to bite him once he pushes the button, and throws it. The shield has the dimensions of a circular disc shield, like that used by Captain America, with 6 inch 'blades' sticking out of the outer part of the disc shield. 

The shield is about 2.5 feet in diameter. There is another tactic that could be employed with the shield, pushing the button without throwing it when one is surrounded by multiple opponents. 

The fifth and final form of the Multi-Weapon Construct Apparatus's constructs is a simple gun. Well if you call a gun that fires missiles, bullets and lasers at an opponent at a rate of seven shots per second from each simple. This is very accurate and does high damage. Due to the nature of this Multi-Weapon Construct, it cannot be used with other moves. The charge time of this move is about 20 seconds at maximum allowing it to do a high amount of damage. Once the move has been fired at full charge the move disappears. This appears to be a standard pistol.

After this move is completed, for fifteen seconds he cannot use other moves due to being too exhausted.

This weapon starts out as a gun, about as big as a typical revolver. The gun is silver, with a handle similar to that of a sword or rifle, and a small red button on the roof of the handle area for firing. It has an open area for shooting blasts, next to a battery with the appearance of a magazine. It takes 3 seconds to be drawn, and then can shoot energy blasts at a rate of 1 per second, but can only fire 50 consecutively before overheating, requiring Cole to wait 3 seconds before firing again. The shots move at 763 metres per second, and being hit by them will cause burning, causing first degree burning to someone with below average resilience. Cole can, if needed, fire more than 50 consecutive shots, but the more he does the more it heats up, and more than 75 will cause major burning. The shots can travel 75 metres away from Cole, but the gun is hard to aim, only very accurate within 15 metres. However, Cole can also press a switch on the side of the gun, which materialises a sword and allows him to attack in close range. The sword has a silver colour, with a blue cutting edge and black line near the blunt end. It takes 3 seconds to materialise the sword, but when drawing the gunblade Cole can press the switch, starting the weapon out as a sword. The sword part of the gunblade is 54 centimetres long, and has only one side with a cutting edge. Firing this weapon, or swinging, will slightly fatigue him. Not much, but he will become very tired after more than about 12 minutes of using it.

The God-Kings of Sivin were one of Axemerax's first conquests. A highly psychic species, their ruling caste of telepaths were worshiped as gods by their lessers, spending every moment bathing in the adoring thoughts of their flock. This devotion created a staunch bulwark of insectoid bodies for the armies of The Alignment to breach, their numbers and fanaticism, coupled with the calculating minds behind the defense, almost succeeded at stalling the advance of Axemerax's Legions. Almost. After months in the lab, Compound 27-Sigma was created, a drastic alteration of a street drug fabricated on some Sivin worlds.

Rather than the pleasant hallucinations the original created, 27-Sigma generated terror. Released over the citadels of the God-Kings with the aid of slave-shackled Sivin citizens released into the crowd, millions of the insectoid creatures went mad with fear, every moment of terror being telepathically passed on to the arthropod aristocracy above. With their ruler caste irredeemably mad, resistance was soon crushed.

Axemerax keeps 27-Sigma stored in canisters in his right shoulder, a tube emerging to launch one on demand. Once launched, the grenade travels up to 50 meters before detonating on impact, creating a haze 5 meters in radius, afflicting all those who breathe it in with its effects. Upon inhaling the toxin, the unfortunate victim begins to hallucinate for 5 seconds, with the duration being extended for as long as they remain inside the cloud. These hallucinations turn everything in the vicinity into a darker, somewhat more terrifying version of itself: Axemerax, a nearly 3-meter tall cyborg lizard bastard only needs marginal altering, the empty void of the nexus becomes a bottomless pit, the victim's own arms become riddled with flesh-eating beetles, etc. The cloud lasts for 5 seconds. This move may only be used every 20 seconds.

Toxic Talons: I take it the duration is in seconds and the DEF listed refers to the opponent’s stat? Just double-checking.

Compound Sigma: Does this have any prep/cast time or whatever before shooting? How fast do the grenades move when fired? Can he perform other actions while firing it (run, parry, other moves etc.)? Is there a drain on his stamina, or is there some kind of limit to how many he can hold at a time?

One of the weapons of the Samurai Rangers. This is made by putting the Forest Disc onto the Spin Sword and spinning it. It is a spear that is about a foot and a half long. The spear has an emerald blade. The spear can only be used for melee combat, and cannot be thrown or otherwise used as a ranged weapon. It's got a range of 14 feet from his body. It's mildly draining, akin to a light work out to use this move. This spear doesn't require any of his concentration to use.

I still need to know if this can be charged and used while moving. Also, does "in any direction" imply it's an AoE, or is it a wave that he launches in a certain direction of his choosing? You'll need Area Attack if it shoots in all directions. If it's a directed wave I'll need the dimensions and it'll require Ranged Proficiency.

As this relies on opening the Sixth Gate, this technique is understandably quite draining (SP) and is not maintained for longer than 15-20 seconds at a time.

Daytime Tiger – Tier II Offensive Super Move (800; Physical Strength)

By briefly opening the Seventh Gate, the Gate of Wonder, the user can focus for a few seconds before raising an empty palm before them and instantly snapping it shut, the force of which builds up enormous pressure. The user's hands then rapidly form the tiger hand sign and are thrown forward with such incredible ferocity that the air is forced forward in a tremendous pressure wave in the shape of a snarling tiger. Upon impact this wave detonates at a single point, releasing the pressure in an instant to devastating effect. Though this explosion is enormously strong, it does not harm users more than a few feet away from the impact point beyond perhaps jostling or knocking them back. As this relies on opening the Seventh Inner Gate, this technique is far and away the most physically exhausting technique on the body (SP) of the user's repertoire and requires the user to rest for a few seconds before perform any action, including walking.

Fairy Law is a legendary spell passed down from the guild’s first master, it is a holy spell that unleashes a considerable amount of magical power upon an enemy. When casting this magic, the wielder's heart must have no doubt that their enemy must be slain. Friends and allies cannot be damaged by this magic, as it is guided by the mage’s heart, something that is unable to lie.

When Gildarts wields this magic, his stance squares, his eyes shut, and his charge begins. It lasts about 10 seconds, and his focus must remain on his charge. As the energy and magic accumulate, light surrounds his hands first, and then radiates around his body in yellow aura. The magic is based off of pure light energy, unadulterated by the evils of man’s mind, his mind must be clear, focused, and determined in order to cast the spell.

This spell is very powerful when cast correctly, however when focus is lost, the charge must start all over again, sacrificing valuable time in the fury of battle. The downside to this spell is that it takes a considerable amount of energy, and is likely to leave the user fatigued for the rest of the battle. It can be used only once per battle.

(It is Fairy Tail custom that before the enemy is to be slain/the spell cast upon someone, because of it’s immense power that could mean death, there may be a three second interval which Gildarts can count out audibly, which he could withdraw the magic if the enemy surrendered before he reached “3” in which case then it must be unleashed.)

Effects: When the spell is cast correctly on a an enemy, it has the ability nearly end them with a single blow. The immense power of this magic’s blunt force originates in a large holy seal that appears as a hovering sort of shield in front of Gildarts. It is yellow and golden, beaming with radiance and all the power of judgement in the wielder’s heart. The enemy, aligned with the seal and Gildarts’ aim stands in front, waiting for the blow to hit. Instead, waves of light and magic roll over him with the disastrous force of judgement, with every hit it as though the magic is sucking out the enemy’s strength from their body until they are left wounded or incapacitated. (not sure what else to add but I feel it is an apt description!)

Kalina Ann - 1500 OM (Requires Ranged Proficiency, Area Attack Proficiency, Physical Strength, Homing Proficiency)
   A heavily customized rocket launcher built and wielded by Lady, a human demon hunter Dante once associated with. Loaded up to the gills with various functions, the weapon is durable and versatile enough to serve in most situations. It has to be, considering the size and bulk of it restricts what the user can do. Dante can summon/dismiss this weapon at will with a couple seconds of concentration, but wielding Kalina Ann weighs down all of his movement powers. Using this weapon requires both hands, which also prevents him from simultaneously using this move and any other move that requires his hands.
   Kalina Ann's primary rocket launcher can fire high-explosive rockets, traveling at the speed of a speeding car up to 40 meters. On impact, the rocket unleashes a powerful explosion 2 meters in diameter. The launcher can also shoot a homing missile, which boasts slightly slower speed and only a 1-meter diameter blast. Dante cannot move when executing this attack, either way, and the launcher requires a 2-second cooldown period before it can be used again.
   Kalina Ann's secondary launchers, located on the aft end, take the form of micro-missile batteries. Propping the launcher down and readying the payload takes 3 seconds, but allows Dante to bombard a 4-meter diameter area in front of him with a dozen explosive micro-missiles. Kalina Ann only has one payload of these missiles loaded, so once they are used, they must be reloaded with a significant rest period outside of battle.
   Finally, the oversized bayonet installed on the launcher's underbarrel serves two purposes in itself. First, it allows Kalina Ann to be used as a makeshift melee weapon, in line with a heavy polearm; every swing demands a second of wind-up for sufficient force. Second, the bayonet is wired to a grapnel launcher, with which the user can shoot the blade and lodge it into enemies or objects, then hoist the line to pull the target in any direction. This last maneuver can be potentially reversed if the victim has more ATK than the user.

Million Dollars - Tier 2 Super Attack - 800 OM (Requires Ebony & Ivory)
   Whipping out his handguns, Dante charges both mags with devil magic and unloads them violently into his opponent with the speed of an automatic rifle. After pouring over two dozen shots into his unfortunate target, Dante finishes up by charging the pistols with an overwhelming amount of devil energy. To the tune of his "Jackpot!", he unleashes the pair of magic bolts into an incredible spiral of destruction, with his unfortunate target at the center.

Majin Devil Trigger - Tier 2 Powered-Up Form - 1500 OM
   With a flash of lighting and a burst of demonic runes, Dante unleashes the true extent of his demonic power in a new, more powerful form. This intense transformation alters Dante's body more drastically than his standard Devil Trigger, lending him a much more beast-like appearance fitting of a demon. Most notable is a set of four demonic wings and an armored black carapace, lending a vague visage of his father, Sparda. In this state, he is not only incredibly powerful and resilient, but exceedingly fast, making him all the more difficult to damage (and dangerous to fight directly!)
