It's been a while since I made my offer and not all the participants have posted. In order to not keep everyone waiting, I will consider the fact that no one has rejected or protested my offer up to this point as a green light to proceed working on my judgment. I would have preferred to have everyone's approval beforehand, but given the circumstances, I hope no one will find this arrangement disagreeable.

In any event, I will try to have a judgment for you as soon as possible.
