This might be interesting to Lois...I'm sending Matrix to Coruscant after about two more posts in the Vasty Deep. He's going to check out the library on Tier 1 and the Archives on Tier 5 to dig up some information about the workings of the Omniverse and such. Possibly into the Dataverse as well, afterwards. We can link those characters up if that sounds like something you'd want to throw her in.

Suggestion:
[spoiler]Donnel finds himself in a vast marble-floored chamber. The stone is bright, with dark red and black veins winding across it. Granite pillars support the elegant roof, each spaced about five feet across. The room spreads all around you in every direction, and the dim light that surrounds you ends before the room does. As you take a step, your foot slides over the slick stone floor, a red fluid under your heel. As you look down, you notice you are standing in a pool of blood.

A patter on your brow draws your attention upward, and you recoil as you see your own exsanguinated face gaping down at you, dead eyes locked with yours. You have a feeling you've been here before.[/spoiler]

Ideas, please! Like monsters to fight or places to visit or something. I'm not exactly sure what a Dungeon Master is, but if that involves any kind of planning or idea making, I'm up for listening to anything you have to say!

If you've ever played or heard about anyone playing Dungeons and Dragons, the Dungeon Master is the one who sits behind the screen and 'tells' the story, taking on the role of all the incidental things, such as monsters, NPCs and even the environment itself.

In the instance of somethng like this site, that's pretty much what the Storyteller account is for.

But I had some ideas that may be very relevant to what you're seeking. When my brain ls less mush I will get them to you!

Like Adam said! I would be able to just give situations and reactions from the world for you to respond to, actively as the story goes on! You'd sort if be writing your way through a mystery and an adventure as you go, instead of formulating the whole story at the beginning and then writing it.

You guys would do stuff, and when you were ready to move on, I'd give you a new prompt or situation. I'd control some NPCs and stuff, do the scenery, describe what's going on, then you'd reply. Make sense?

I'd be happy to brainstorm some ideas OR use the Storyteller to DM story for you
