EX: Where do I post it?

You'd create another account, and join as you did before, stating that you're Inoue's alt while doing so.
Anyone is free to correct me on this one.

What Lightning said, you make a new account, you submit a Join application and you write somewhere that you're the alt for Orihime Inoue. You'll be put through the approval process like when you first joined and whatnot.

You can try submitting the same email, I'm not sure if it would work but the system would tell you if it's not allowed Tongue

Other than that, pretty much. It's two separate accounts.
