Would someone help me with the steps it takes to unlocking my alt?
EX: Where do I post it?
Do I need to make another user name and password?

You'd create another account, and join as you did before, stating that you're Inoue's alt while doing so.
Anyone is free to correct me on this one.

You have 8k earned OM so you can make one
What Lightning said, you make a new account, you submit a Join application and you write somewhere that you're the alt for Orihime Inoue. You'll be put through the approval process like when you first joined and whatnot.

You can try submitting the same email, I'm not sure if it would work but the system would tell you if it's not allowed
Other than that, pretty much. It's two separate accounts.

It should be possible to create 2 accounts and attach it to 1 email. Can you tell me which error you are getting?
