CSPN: Coliseum Battle Royale #80

Taking place just before the beginning of Highlanding in the Coliseum

[spoiler]"Hello and welcome to CSPN's stream of today's Coliseum event! I'm your host John Ballfoot. With me today is Jack Ballbasket and David Ballbase. Now let's introduce our participants."

A graphic appears on screen, showing a list of names and pictures.

"Our first team for this match is Team Andmyaxe, with newcomer Clark Rylan and returning veteran Dayton Soames." says David.

"Clark's weapon of choice is his dual ended battle axe, which he says has been passed down through his family for generations. Dayton uses the standard sword and shield combo, and has managed to become a well-respected fighter in the coliseum." Jack says.

"Let's hope that family axe of Clark's doesn't break today." John pipes in.

"Haha, that would be embarrassing wouldn't it? So much for the family heirloom." David says in response. "Anyway, moving on. The next team is Team Bad Medicine, which is an Elvish team made up of Radisa Vranjovie and Flora Russell." he continued.

"Radisa uses a spear as his weapon, which allows him to stay out of reach of his opponents. Flora uses the traditional Bow and Arrow, also choosing to stay out of range of her opponents." says Jack.

David turns away and talks off the mic, signalling for John to continue on for him.

"Our third team is Team Heavy Hitters, with Bradley Enfield and Morris X. Leake." John says.

"Bradley uses a giant broadsword which he has aptly named Bone Dust. Morris uses no weapon, and instead chooses to fight with his fists." says Jack.

"Looks like Morris is gonna have his hands full with tonight's match, I hope he can dodge." says John. "Our fourth team is Team G.U., with Emil Romic and Baron York. They did not specify what the G.U. stands for unfortunately, so we'll just have to let the viewers speculate on that one." says John.

"Emil uses two short blades, forgoing the shield in order to give himself another chance to attack. Baron uses a scythe, a useful weapon should he find himself surrounded." Jack says.

David turns back and continues on for the final team.

"Our final team is Team Highland, with Baltair MacTerond and a mystery participant who showed up at the last moment. We don't know anything about this boy besides the fact that he came from the Pale Moors gate." says David.

"Baltair uses a Claymore, a two-handed weapon with great cutting power. As for our mystery participant, according to our source at the Coliseum, has no weapons and will therefore be fighting with his fists just as Morris is." Jack finishes.

"Did you say he came from the Moors, David?" John asks.

"I did John, witnesses say he exited the gate and went straight for the Coliseum. " David replies.

"It'll be interesting to see what he has in store for this match, the Moors are no joke." says Jack.

"No doubt about that." David says.

"Anyways, now that the introductions are over with, let's turn our attention towards the field, our participants have just arrived." says John.

The scene then cuts to an over head view of the coliseum field, the fighters rise up from the ground and step off the elevators. A horn sounds through the air, signalling the beginning of the match.[/spoiler]
