The Quarterback of Chaos was not amused about the current situation he had found himself in. Two of his men had left him for a street gang on one of the lower tiers. While he had expected, it still stung him like a swarm of wasps would. The Quarterback of Chaos found that he was lonely. As he walked through the hustle and bustle of the first Tier, Warren considered something that he hadn't in a long time. He was considering making a team for himself, to be honest. Of course, the Quarterback of Chaos did not know who he was going to make a part of Team Zimmer. Noticing a nearby Prime clad in a gray outfit that had a strange looking red bat symbol that Warren did not recognize on it, Warren realized that the Prime was one of the more powerful ones out there.
Warren approached from behind, only to be caught by the throat. Jason pressed his knife to Warren's throat. "Why were you sneaking up behind me?""
"To offer you a deal," said Warren, now panicked.
"What kind of deal?" asked Jason.
"You're new here. You likely don't know much other than that pale pasty faced white being bringing you here." stated Warren.
"You do raise a very valid point," thought the prodigal son of Batman, as he examined the place. It was true he did not know how this place operated. He could use someone who could teach him more about the place.
The Red Hood knew that he was going to need more resources that he did not have access to. In addition, he did not know his way around the place. There were two things that were in the favor of the individual near him. Sure he was dressed fancy, but he could be useful.
"Fine. I'll play along with you. What do we do first?" asked Jason.

As Jason looked around, and finally relinquished his hold on his throat, Warren examined the individual. The individual had a lot of training, training that Warren knew was not training from your typical experts in those fields. No, the training he had had to be from someone who was more experienced. And judging from the weapon he carried he was very skilled with his knife. Someone had trained him to be a living weapon. This skill would be very useful for Warren, if the individual could be motivated to serve his interests. All he needed to do was find common ground, something Warren and Jason could both agree on, a sort of job that Jason would be willing to do, and perhaps he could sink his hooks into the Red Hood. Skill aside the individual had a lot of potential capabilities that if properly boosted would allow Warren the fighting chance that he personally needed.
Jason on the other hand was monitoring him. The individual's technology was advanced, Jason knew that much. In addition he also knew that the individual was likely desperate for some muscle which could help him in the long run. Learning about the Omniverse could be a piece of cake, if he played the guy properly. All he needed to do was make sure the individual was not insane like the Joker.
"So, what are you? Some sort of philanthropist?" asked the Red Hood, wanting to investigate the motives of Warren.

"Something like that," stated Warren, as he examined the individual. Jason had a lot of potential, but would need to be coached. Coaching was not an easy task and ever since he had failed to coach Ricky properly, Warren hadn't coached anyone. Yet, Jason was too powerful an individual to risk not recruiting him. And plus it was a good idea to have a Prime on his side who was more skilled than he was. In addition, the Prime was clueless about the Omniverse for the most part, if he had only learned the initial speech that had been given to Primes by Omni upon them being dragged to the place.
"You're likely new here," confided Warren. "And a lot of the Primes of the place don't know how to do things when they first arrived. If you help me, I'll help you. Sort of a quid pro quo thing... if you will."
"And you need help with?"
"An insane ice manipulating woman took over my home, and generally has made my life a nightmare, by causing a lot of heckling."
An insane ice wielding chick reminded Jason of the Joker. Someone that the Red Hood could not tolerate the existence of. Since she seemed to be similar, at least from what he could read. "Very well. I'll help you. But first, we get my guns, bombs, and utility belt back."

"Gear like that is relatively easy for an experienced Prime to create," stated Warren. This was done without an ounce of pride, because it was the truth. For a Prime creating things like that required the bare minimum of effort on their part. In the case of Warren who had lots of experience, though he had never won a single battle he had been in usually. In the Omniverse his losses had been even more humiliating than the ones he had in Canton. Of course in Canton no one had dared or even considered trolling him like Yandere's Dataverse Followers. Jason fortunately did not know about said followers, though probably would side with him. Or at least Warren hoped he would side with him anyway. "I could have your gear created in about 5 minutes, per object. It might take longer than that, for the first materialization of the item, honestly." said Warren, to the Red Hood. Warren hoped he could mold the Red Hood into a suitable asset and make him acceptable as a member of the Nobility's bodyguard. For he planned on becoming a noble of the Empire, even though he knew that he had a lot of work to do before he could do that. The first step was going to be admittedly the hardest.
