I have no one to voice since I'm first, but I will say you should probably voice Tearen as a human. ICly his telepathy doesn't have a 'sound'.

Arle has several canon voice actors, as her series was pretty avant garde about voice acting back in 89 when video games didn't usually go there. A few of them were pretty terrible, like that time she sounded like a woman doing her best impression of a chain smoker who ocassionally inexplicably started trying to speak parseltongue. My favorite incarnation of her voice is probably Kotono Mitsuishi, a voice actor she happens to share with Sailor Moon's Usagi. I feel like she did the best job at giving Arle a strong and diverse emotional range, as well as a very lively portrayal that I think suits her very well.
