Vault questions

So yeah, a friend wants a vault to put their artefact in. I have a base to put it in.

1. Can they pay fully for the vault even if it's not their base? Like if I give them permissions as such to do so.?

2. If not, could they pay half for the vault while I pay the rest?

3. If 1 or 2 is a yes, how do permissions work? Do we both have access to the vault? In the case of 1, does she need to give permission to me to use the vault in my own base?

1: Yes.
2: Yes.
3: Anyone with permission to enter your Base can purchase things for it. But shr WOULD need to give you permission to use her Vault. In the same manner.

She could pay for it entirely (it'd go into her Consumed OM), but the ultimate base permissions always belong with the leader. So you'd have to give her permission. In the case for paying for someone else's base (or a shared base) it's a trust thing because either person could backstab the other (the leader can always lock people out, but the ones with current permission can also let people in to steal it). Of course, if you're sharing the base and helping pay for it, I'd imagine it's a mutually beneficial arrangement.
