Swapping to Ronald Ayala
#1
Character name: Ronald Ayala

Character source: Hello Neighbor (AU; Neighbor is innocent-ish before the player comes along)

Character history: Since he was young, Ronald has always had a thing for complexity; nobody's sure why, but everything, for him, had to be complicated - simple things bored him. Some said he would grow out of it, but he never did; as he grew up, it only seemed to become stronger. This hit it's peak when he hit adulthood, and had to move into his own house.

He turned it into a labyrinth through project after project, turning the once simple two-story house into something only he could live in comfortably. But nothing was more complex than the safe; he put so many restrictions on it most robbers wouldn't bother, or so he thought. He boarded it up and placed multiple different locks onto it, and then tediously worked his way through all his restrictions, even with where he had hid all the keys, just to retrieve any money not kept in his wallet. Most would argue how he "improved" his house was all a waste of time from the start, but he was satisfied with his work, and all the complexities it introduced to his daily routine.

Eventually, someone - who moved into his home town saw him entering his safe. He assumes, the other thought someone making entering a simple room that complex must have something to hide. So, they decided to investigate, on their own. This meant breaking and entering. Rather than deal with the police investigating and tearing apart every little intricacy in his home, Ronald decided to just throw his neighbor out and pray they won't investigate further.

But they did. Time and again, Ronald found them inside his home, and time and again, he threw them out. But it never stuck. Within an hour, he usually saw them inside once again. He began working harder, attempting to deter them from even stepping foot in his home again. He didn't sleep, staying up late into the night just to catch the intruder. Eventually, he became desperate, and started using more violent methods. Bottles of glue. Bear traps. Cameras. And yet his neighbor just grew more determined.

He doesn't remember exactly how many times he'd caught his neighbor breaking in by now - definitely some pretty high numbers. It was at least 20 times before he stopped keeping score. But soon, there was nothing more he could do. His neighbor, after a lot of effort, opened the door.

And that's when Ronald was pulled into the Omniverse.

Stats:
ATK: 2
DEF: 2
SPD: 3
TEC: 3

Starting Proficiencies:

Physical Strength Proficiency - 1000
Ranged Attack Proficiency - 1000
Debuff Proficiency - 1000

Starting Powers: None

Starting Moves:

Bear Trap - 600 OM (Requires Ranged Attack Proficiency, Debuff Proficiency)

Ronald summons a bear trap, then does one of two things with it.

He can set it on the ground, taking 10 seconds to set it. It's not very inconspicuous and can be easily avoided if the opponent is paying attention, however stepping in it does grab whoever steps on it, dealing moderate damage and trapping them to the ground. It takes 3 seconds to break free of the bear trap, which must be done manually.

Alternatively, he can throw the bear trap at his opponent, with a maximum range of 10 meters. This will clamp down and deal damage if one is hit by it, but it's damage is lesser than when set on the ground, and it does not trap the target like setting it on the ground would.

In either case, it takes 2 seconds and a moderate amount of energy for Ronald to summon the trap, and he can only summon (Level * 3) per fight. He can only have one Bear Trap of either variety summoned at a time.

Glue Jar - 300 OM (Requires Ranged Attack Proficiency, Debuff ProficiencY)

Ronald pulls out a jar of glue, then throws it at his opponent. He has a maximum range of 20 meters on this. When hit with a glue jar, it shatters, doing very minor damage but slowing you down by 5% for 10 seconds. It takes 2 seconds and a moderate amount of energy for Ronald to summon a Glue Jar, but he doesn't have a limit on how many he can summon per fight. He can only have 1 Glue Jar summoned at a time.

I confirm that I have read and agreed to the Rules of Conduct. YEPPER DEPPER

Let the record show that I think joining as a character from a hyped-up game that isn't even out yet is bound to not work out. Slap me in 2018 if I'm wrong.
