Character history: He comes from a world that is harsh for its people they live under forced conscription. The world is almost completely run by one giant government that oppress its people. He was born in a village haunted by a virus that destroyed the person cells completely over two weeks. He was born in this village after this began it was about 10 years into this epidemic. At the age of 13, he found a purplish red stone that he touched causing it to dissolve. He then seemed to catch the virus but the rest of the village seemed cured. He seemed to get cured but the stone appeared on his chest and his body had strange veins on it and his blood turned purple. He was then enlisted into the army in that time he displayed extreme skill with twin swords that are broken. He was in a battle with a different member of a rebel resistance and his heart was stabbed with a spear and he then vanished. He is currently 24 years old

Physical Description: He is a 5 foot 11 inch man who is very well built for his height. He has short brown hair and he wears a uniform with a hole in it where his heart is. His eyes are red and his eyes change to purple thanks to the virus occasionally mostly due to near-death states. The uniform has a red and green color pattern and an emblem with a DNA symbol imprinted on it.

Starting Moves:Swords of Viral His twin broken blades made of steel that are about a 1.5-foot length in each. These swords can be infused with his virus this takes about three seconds. This starts to stop blood clotting temporarily. They also get red color on the metal and seem to have a purple glow. The swords weakness is that they have short range and no piercing potential.This move is more fast than strong in the way he uses it. The virus infects his opponent's capabilities to clot their blood but not his. This is the only change that occurs when infusing his swords. This effect last for about two minutes but in direct sun light or high temperture it last 20 seconds. High temperatures are above 130 degrees fahrenheit or above. The change lasts for about 5 minuets but in extreame heat or direct sun light lasts 2.(600)Physical strength Debuff proficiency

Hiya, apologies for the long delay in getting to this. Just one question, "This starts to stop blood clotting temporarily." what does that mean? Stops blood clotting on the victim? On Breasal? Is that the effect of infusing his swords with the virus, or the downside?

Hum the way you wrote it I can't tell which duration is which. Maybe lead one with "This affects the opponent for ...." and the other "This affects the blade for ..." I'll assume the former duration is for the blades, and the latter for the victim?

The writing is a little wonky so I'm going to condense it a bit for you to make it more readable for folks checking out the move on your roster.

Breasal's twin broken blades, made of steel and about 1.5 feet each in length. They are quick to use but weaker than larger blades; they're also more suited to slashing than stabbing.

Breasal can infuse his blades with his virus, which takes about 3 seconds of uninterrupted concentration when standing still. This lasts for either about two minutes normally, or 20 seconds in direct sunlight or high temperature (130 F or above, fodder effect only). It's visible by the blades taking on a red colour and a purple glow. When he cuts the opponent with virus-infused blades, the blood from that wound loses its ability to clot for up to five minutes, or 2 in direct sunlight or high temperature. Opponents with higher DEF than Breasal's TEC will be able to shake off the effects quicker; around half the duration if their DEF is double Breasal's TEC.

If you wanna rewrite that a bit or put it in your own words, go ahead. I mentioned that he is stationary while charging up (previously unspecified), and put some caveats for stronger opponents (based on Breasal's TEC vs the opponent's DEF). If you wanna just go ahead and use the description I wrote, approved at 600. Either way I'll get to work on your roster.
