Lovin' it. Decent Zelda of challenge and it's definitely not just a Dynasty Warriors reskin, the light extra Zelda elements are cool and make for some decent boss battles. Gohma actually beat me the first time around (on normal difficulty) because he beat the base before I could kill him. Got down to 3 hearts against Argorok too, and that's with potions. Lovin' it. DON'T CARE THAT I SAID THAT ALREADY
I spent a whole game trying to stop that moon coming down. Then Zelda just pulls it down because she wants to smash like five stalfos.
Wow. I just beat the main campaign and I've realised I'm nowhere NEAR unlocking all the content.

Nope. It took me about two days to finish the campaign. Took me an embarassingly long time to realise certain things, like there are three ranks for each weapon and you need to complete the gold symbol weapon tiles on Adventure Mode to start finding the next weapon tier for that character ("damn, why can I never find better weapons with Darunia even with potions?"). Also, ZL is not just a camera shift ... it blocks ("guess blocking is just for AI, oh well, I'm pro anyway. Damn these ranged attacks hurt tho lol"). And skulltullas actually have particular conditions for appearing that you can view under character info, though all the normal-difficulty ones just appear after killing 1000 enemies. Oh and you can dash by just holding the dodge button instead of running for several seconds like a div.
Biggest protip I can give is that for most adventure mode tiles, the gold medal requirements are: 1200 KOs, under 15 minutes, less than 4000 damage (that one is more difficult since I'm still not sure how that translates to hearts. Seems to be around 10 hearts).

Ahaha I didn't know about dashing! That's handy to know. Plus I haven't even unlocked a gold weapon tile (just started Adventure mode) so that explains why Darunia has no good weapons yet.
Any tipes on getting the second skultulas on specific adventure mode tiles? Or are they the same as free mode?

Nope, most of them are just 'Complete mission 1 and kill 1200 enemies without losing 4 hearts' which is just hard whenever. The Hard Legend Mode skultullas are actually a lot harder, IMO. They disappear so damn fast, it's frustrating as hell to go through a whole level and not find it in time.
I did find this though http://imgur.com/a/R3IR8

Man some of the Adventure mode levels are getting ridiculous. I tend to end up using Link since he's way more overlevelled, but then there's some where you have to use a specific person to kill like 800 in 10 minutes while three Gohma's chase you around.

Yeah. You have to get pretty damn skilled. I recommend taking a break occasionally to just do stuff in adventure mode with no particular objective (or just to get some of the easier heart pieces). Levelling up and just collecting materials never hurts, and the objectives can make your head spin.

uh I think that one is power bracelet I think. Btw pre-emptive "you need the mogma mitts for those red Xes on the ground". Also harps are for butterflies, and the flute is for lakes. Don't question this logic.

Killing 800 little guys in 10 minutes is easy if they actually give you more than 800 little guys, if my experience with Dynasty Warriors is anything to go by. If only 800 spawn, then it turns into a race to hunt down those last 50 buggers and kill them.

The trouble with those is mostly the giant monsters. Starting to get the hang of them. The problem is that they make some of the maps cruelly tiny, so it's a real job to keep the giant monster on the other side of the map. Sort of an art.
I find with those missions, it's worthwhile to kill the first couple/few leaders so they don't power up their minions, but if I'm almost done then I stop bothering and just shoot for the last minions I need (kind of obvious, but yeah. It's the tradeoff of "if I spent a minute killing this guy, will it be worth it if it's only gonna take me another two minutes to finish the mission?")

My biggest issue with those is not using Link. While I'm powering up my other characters (replaying missions for hearts, paying in the dojo), previously Link was the only one who could kill the monsters fast enough to keep killing the minions.

So I got all the basic skulltulas in free mode (ie. the beat 1000 enemies ones) but I'm still missing a piece for the picture?

I just got the game yesterday and I'm barely to Skyloft in story mode. Also I just discovered the Android HD remix of TWEWY so my time is split between these things, school, and the site.
