Rest Points Not Being Spent

I have a problem with Rest Points. As of this post, my OM has gone up, yet my Rest Points remain at 300. Can this be fixed?

I did post from a draft, but that draft didn't take down my Rest Points either. Reloading the page did nothing.

Posting from drafts doesn't use your rest points. Don't use them.

And saving to one probably did use restpoints, or probably should have. If you saved the draft yesterday (and you didn't look) then they'd have regenerated by today.

Anyway, moral of the story: Don't use drafts.

If you ask a mod nicely they might delete your post so you can repost it normally (for the rest points).

...I'm not entirely sure this is true. I posted from a draft yesterday and it still took away and gave me rest points.

Granted, it still also docked my rest points the first time I saved it, so still don't use drafts. I'm just saying I did successfully post from a draft the other day and got the proper amount of rest points applied to it.

Is it possible you saved to a draft, and then posted from one? Saving to drafts will use your rest points. So you might have used your rp, but not got the OM from them.

Either that or it's just random and buggy, or something's changed since I last checked, or I'm wrong. That said, drafts are buggy so I wouldn't advise storing your stuff on the site.

Nope. Posted from a draft (i had accidentally saved it a couple days before i posted, before i saw the drafts bit) and I got the bonus OM from the rest points when I did- I had to have, the post was like 250-300 words but I got like 50-60 OM out of it.

Seems it's random and buggy. Don't do drafts, kids.
