Gale to Han Jihan

I'm new, and in my scramble to get on the site... I was going to do an OC named Gale. Well... I decided to change my plans and go for Han Jee-Han, the Gamer. Can I a name changed? For clarity, I'd like it to be "Han Jihan" I'm using this version out of personal preference, and because the slight variation from the official translation suits what I'm going for.

We do have a name change thread on the help desk forum but sometimes, you might have to search for it in the history since it's not attached to the important threads.
