Character history:
Manuel's world is just like ours, but much more violent. More hate-filled. More war. In-fact, war was what kept most of the world's economy going. Sending and having Child Soldiers was legal and definitely done. This is where little Rojo comes in. Manuel was, at one point, a mere farm boy, raised by his widow of a mother on her ranch. Everyday he worked tiredly, just get food on the table. Of course, he was drafted, earning sorrow from his mother and bla bla bla. Now then, onto what the hell he is. At age twenty three, Manuel is a natural born killing machine. He is a lieutenant in the Hunlarian army, and has received many honors. He was even offered the title of general, but he declined for some unknown reason.... he fought in the Blue War and Roldaga Rebellion, and was part of the military team that took down Eka Azul, a terriorist in his world that had been threatening his country. Ironically, it was during this time that he was taken by Omni. He and his team had killed Azul, only to be ambushed by his remaining men. Rojo was just about to, literally, get shot in the face before he poofed. (Note, his life will be explained in-deph as he gains plot and story.)

At 5'8 feet tall, Manuel is of average height. Despite not being in the military anymore, he commonly wears his uniform and mask, almost never exposing his face. His uniforms range from a number of looks and colors, some big, some small. He is further equiped with leather gloves aswell as boots. He also has night-vision goggles, but since his arrival in the Nexus, they have stopped working and are now pretty much useless.

[spoiler=From a Naruto Site I'm on] Tobi always kept to himself and never talked anyone.He was either on his laptop,or reading.That's just how he was.However,today was a very different day.Different for what,you may ask.Well,you see,Tobi,while quiet,is also a slightly pervy boy(shocker).The thing he was doing different today was...!!!!Peeping on the guys in the Onsen.No,you didn't hear me wrong.Little Tobi was peeping on the guys in the Onsen.He quietly entered the building and made his way a area between the bathhouse walls and the walls of the perimeter.Carefully,he took out his kunai and dug to small holes into the wooden bath walls and quickly peeped in,blood erupting from his nose in the matter of a instant."Sweet lord....YES."He said under his panting breathe.A crooked smirk couldn't help but form on his face as he stared intentively into the holes.His sand acts erraticlly,spazzing quietly in the gourd around his back as his hand slowly enters his-"What are you doing!?"A woman's voice called out,causing Tobi to jump and land on his butt,his pants inadvertly slipping to his knees,revealing his boxers.
He locked eyes with woman.While his reeked of embarrassment,her's were scorched with anger."Uuhh..."He looked away,unable to face her.The woman,however,didn't waste anytime and quickly yanked his pants up before grabbing his arm and forcibly yanking out of the facility."You got some nerve kid to be peeping on those people."She said in a scorn before throwing him out the front door."Your banned forever."She said simply before returning back to the building.Tobi merely blinked and stared at the door,trying to piece what just happened."........"He merely stared the door of the building,as if it would magically open by itself.Tobi would not admit defeat.Oh no,not this early.He quietly snuck back.[/spoiler]
