I had a coupla questions about the functionality of the base defense upgrades as well as the medical center upgrade. 

1 - It says that fortifications offer a % increase to the defender's stats. Now if I wanted to have my base defense be for instance an orb that powered-up PCs that defended the base would that be acceptable? And if so would the defenders get an actual stat increase while they defended or no?

2 - I've been trying to think of uses for the medical centre because it seems a bit expensive for what it offers IMO. Would something like this be practical? If my base was attacked by a large group of people and I had 4 defenders. We'd send out 2 defenders to fight first, keeping the other 2 back. Once the first 2 lose the rest of the defenders would step in and allow them to escape. The defenders that got away would then hop in the medical centre and get patched up while the others were fighting, allowing them to fight again once the second wave of defenders were defeated?

I also forgot one.

3 - If I purchase a teleporter that goes to the Underverse and I defeat someone attacking my base can I force them to take the teleporter as a makeshift way to banish them?

1- If I understand right, you mean to say that the defenders would get an orb that powers them up while they are inside their base? That would work - how exactly that empowerment is given out ICly is pretty open. So long as you don't gain any benefits beyond the ones described in the Rules, that is.

2- I'll have to leave this question to be answered by someone else. Although (this is my personal input), I think that it's more practical if say, the attackers lose and withdraw, and you want to heal up fast before launching a counterattack. If you lose a fight your opponents could choose to kill or banish you, so a medical station would not have much use.

3- You could possibly play it out as that the teleporter sends them to the Underverse, but must be "fed" with Banishment Circles or otherwise consumes them to send people there that don't go voluntarily. In any case it would not be okay to use the teleporter to circumvent buying and consuming Banishment Circles.
I'm not entirely sure if a teleporter to the Underverse is even possible at all. Gonna have to ask for someone else to clarify on this.


For question 2 and 3 I hope that someone else can answer your questions in full. The bolded parts are the problematic ones.

I've always seen the Medical Centre as being less useful during an assault and more as somewhere to recoup between fights that happen elsewhere. Like if you brawled in the Nexus and then found out you'd need to defend your base relatively soon, you could Recall out and heal a bit, etc.

As for the Underverse teleporter, it's a thing.

Everything else mentioned I agree with.

Forcefully teleporting someone would still need banishment circle payment.
