Kate appeared in this strange world from a world more desolate and dark then usual, and she was pregnant with John Connor's son, but she thought she could still become useful even off the battlefield.

After all the Resistance's best surgeon was needed somewhere and she found herself knocking on a strange A-shaped building door.

Mr. Jarvis popped out and greeted her, noticing her body was bigger than usual.

"Hello, Ms.. May i help you?"

Kate blinked and cleared her throat "Yes... Uh... Mr.. Jarvis is it?"

The butler carefully nodded "Yes? I am him."

Kate eyed him carefully "I am... Mrs. Kate Brewster... and I'm a medic and surgeon from my world... Do you by chance need a medic to treat injuries?

Jarvis replied "I shall notify Mr. Vision and the current Avengers of your arrival."

The woman nodded and walked inside, clearing off anything off her scrubs.

Kate sat down in a chair, waiting for this Mr. Vision and the rest of the current Avengers to arrive.
