Essence Theft: Does this require concentration to maintain? How draining is this on her stamina to perform? Can this be used with other moves (when you get them)? Would the target be able to muscle their way out or throw Ahri off? How long does the Debuff last and how long is Ahri left dazed? I'm also a liiiiittle bit iffy about the word 'significant' here, though with the right downsides I'm open to suggestions.
Also the foxform is goddamn adorable. =P

"The drain itself relies more upon the touch than concentration, but it does not happen without conscious effort. The draining does not take significant toll upon herself in sense of stamina spent.
During the draining process, it can be interrupted by the one drained, or someone aiding them by wrestling her off. This cannot be done, if the one attempting to wrestle her off has less Attack than Ahri. With equal Attack it is difficult, and at double the Attack it is easy."
Adding such lines to adress the aforementioned questions, do they sound alright?
I will admit I am unfamiliar with debuff lengths and the drawback length, so what would you suggest regarding these?
And yes, oh yes, it is.

I'd say if you're wanting to have 10 seconds of significant to like, the point of finding it hard to stand up, you'd need to make it pretty draining on her as that can be pretty powerful in a fight. Alternatively you could have like a mid-level drain but have the last half of the debuff be a 'recovery' phase where they get back up to regular strength. I know that consuming a soul at the cost of stamina is kinda counter to your canon (I think), but you could RP it as it being like a drug rush thing similar to what you've already said. Like using it too much dopes her up and wipes her out?
Alternatively you could have the debuff be less severe which would allow for it to be less taxing on her while keeping your 10-second time. Like maybe it makes their movements somewhat more sluggish or the heavy dread makes them more likely to miss or something.
For the effects on her, how would you describe the effects on her at the tail end of a large drain? Hobbling yourself wouldn't completely remove the need to spend stamina, but if you're basically out of commission as well for half of the stun length, it would certainly cut it down some.

Well, now that I've dealt with my busted GPU situation.
I decided I'm not happy with the move as it is now, so I'll remove it completely for now, for further working.
Sorry for hopping you through the hoops with it. You can approve the rest of me though, I think?

Soul Punch (300 OM - Physical Strength, Debuff Proficiency)
Ahri throws out a punch, shattering a small fragment off of the target’s soul.
The punch itself is not physically very damaging, given that it’s simply her fist, and any kind of armour or padding would dull down the impact.
Shattering off a part of their soul fills the target with momentary dread and adds to their fatigue.
The punch needs to connect to the target, for their soul to be shattered.
All Ahri’s punches do not deliver Soul Punch, because using Soul Punch demands Ahri to concentrate to achieve the desired result.
Invoking a Soul Punch takes Ahri 2 seconds of concentration before delivering the punch, and while she can deliver multiple of them during a fight, she is too unskilled to deliver multiple of these in a rapid succession (Flurry of attacks).
Stamina-wise, it drains her much like a regular punch, with an additional small cost from manipulating target’s soul.
Fluff: By consuming the shard, Ahri can feed her hunger for souls and life energy. Consuming the shard is a rapturous experience for the vixen, very comparable to the rush brought by a hard drug..
Ahri is not actually certain how she does it; often by accident and happenstance. (Unskilled.)
Tadah! I know it lacks at least the duration, but is there anything else that sticks out for you?

Other than the duration I'd say it's looking good. If it lasts longer than 2 seconds (I assume it does), you'll also need to make mention of what happens if you they're hit with it again while the debuff is active.

What would you say for a duration for this kind of move, if I may ask? I'm a bit iffy on the debuff move durations still, as such, input would be more than welcome!

With a 2-second cast time and a small energy drain, I'd say a few seconds or so with the stipulation that the debuff doesn't stack on top of itself.

Righty-o.
But stacking on top itself is different than using multiple times in a fight, yes?
Just making sure.
What I mean, is that it can be used, multiple times in a fight, but if it's used say, twice in 4 seconds, the debuff doesn't stack, yes?

Correct. I was only mentioning it because with the parameters set you could overlap them and since it's relatively cheap it wouldn't be fair to just keep layering it until the opponent can't move or something. Using it like you said is perfectly fine by me.
