Character history:
(Zelda's Ocarina of Time canon history, excluding her abilities.)
Zelda lived her life peacefully as the princess of Hyrule, until she began having visions of the future. The King of Hyrule was associating himself with someone named Ganondorf. She knew that Ganondorf was dangerous, so she sent an adventurous boy, named Link, out on a quest. He was to prevent Ganondorf from getting the Triforce. However, Ganondorf attacked the castle forcing Zelda and her nursemaid, Impa, to flee. Seven years later, after Hyrule had been filled with darkness, Zelda appeared before Link claiming to be a man named Sheik, the last survivor of the Sheikah. As Sheik, Zelda guided link through his journey to defeat Ganondorf. Though, when Zelda revealed herself to be the princess of Hyrule, she was captured by Ganondorf and was trapped inside of a large crystal. It is inside this crystal, while she was sleeping, that Zelda awoke into the Omniverse.

Standing at 5'2", Zelda is of average height for her age. She doesn't have a strange physique, instead she looks like what you would expect of a 16 year old Hylian princess. She has long hair with a color somewhere between blonde and orange. Like all in her race, Zelda has long pointy ears that are somewhat similar to an elf's ears. Along with a long pair of gloves and a golden crown, she wears a long pink and purple dress that bears the Royal Family's crest.

The Bow of Light is a wooden bow that produces an aura of light. This light takes the form of a Light Arrow. Zelda may fire the Bow of Light much quicker than an ordinary bow, but Zelda may also charge the bow with more energy in order to increase its strength. As she is charging the bow, Zelda may move around freely. However, she will be vulnerable, as both of her hands will be occupied. A full charge of the bow would take five seconds. Constant use of this move can strain Zelda's powers and cause her to loose energy. Although it usually takes a while for this to happen, several fully charged shots can easily speed up the process. This isn't too straining though, because it usually takes about three or four large shots before there are noticeable signs of fatigue. An uncharged shot would take about half a second to prepare. It would be unlikely for an unchanged arrow to pierce a target, unless the target was very weak, instead it usually causes a sting of pain or a small cut. Regardless of whether it is charged or not, the arrow will travel at a speed that is not quite as fast as a bullet, yet not quite as slow as an ordinary arrow. It leans closer to the arrow's side, although it is still much faster than a normal arrow. It does piercing damage and may damage multiple targets. However, the damage will be halved each time it hits another target. If the arrow hits something that it cannot pierce, it will abruptly disappear. If it pierces a target, but does not travel all the way through, it will dissipate five minutes later, unless it is pulled out by force. If it is pulled out by force the arrow will then disappear immediately. If it ends up traveling fifty meters, the arrow will disappear.
