Location/Role: The Lesser Evils rule over the Necropolita of Dis -- a sprawling metropolis of demons, wayward souls, and miscellaneous monstrosities with enough sentience to be something close to civil. The Lesser Evils are powerful secondaries created to serve as Diablo’s agents.
Even so, the four are constantly at odds with one another. Rather than work in unison and coherently, they rule separate quarters of the sprawling city and constantly attempt to undermine one another. The Lesser Evils can be found in their palaces in their respective quarters.
Backstory:
The four Lesser Evils are said to be some of the earliest servants of Diablo. They were visible in many battles during the Lord of Terror’s war against the Omniverse. When the Underverse was sealed away, the four demons were given control over the Necropolita of Dis, a violent and vile city of demons, perditioners, and wayward souls.

Azmodan - The ‘Lord of Sin,’ Azmodan is a great tactician and has a sound military mind. A lumbering demon, he is, like his peers, manipulative, albeit in more outwardly ways. A lover of vice in all of its forms, Azmodan amuses himself with the failures of others, especially those of the other three Lesser Evils. Some say he exists solely as a corruption of morality--that he derives pleasure from ‘breaking people.’ How else could they find their truest identity other than by diving into the far limits of their depravity? Greed and opulence are some of Azmodan’s greatest sins, and his hulking, slovenly form is adorned with trophies and treasures. [float=right]

Belial - The ‘Lord of Lies,’ Belial is a manipulative creature that prefers to orchestrate things from the shadows. He is a master schemer, crafting intricate webs of lies and false-truths that cause individuals to question their perception of reality. His common form is that of a cancerous creature frequently surrounded by bloatflies. Those who fought the Omniverse know that this is not his true form, which was that of a hulking demon that devoured entire divisions of soldiers.
Andariel - Called the ‘Maiden of Anguish,’ Andariel is the twin sister of Duriel. While her brother revels in physical agony, Andariel derives pleasure from the emotional suffering of her victims. She relishes in watching people deal with internal suffering and emotional pain. A master manipulator, Andariel is not above having others do her vile, dirty work for her. An extrovert (and supposedly attractive by demonic standards), she uses anything at her disposal to gain an edge over her fellow Lesser Evils.[float=left]

Duriel - Referred to as the ‘Lord of Pain’ and the ‘Maggot King,’ Duriel is a hulking, insect-like abomination. The least humanoid of the Lesser Evils, Duriel is a sociopath that revels in the torment of others. He dominates through physical brutality, and while he is the fraternal twin of Andariel, they rarely agree on anything. Duriel respects strength and sadism.
