The arsonist enters the city at Coruscant, and is...Surprised by what he sees. Metal building upon building forming a futuristic city. There's a nearby park, but it seems quite mundane compared to the futuristic look about the rest of the place. Many people walk the streets, officer and citizen alike wandering the city of Coruscant.
Holy crap, this is Star Wars.
Mick begins walking the streets. The most that he sees is more buildings that share the aesthetics of those he saw at the entrance.
I wonder how well those metals burn... Mick thinks to himself, gaining a mischievous smile. He notes the Stormtroopers around the area. Not yet, and not here...There are too many in the area. He doesn't have the most tactical mindset, but even Mick knows when he's outnumbered and outgunned. He still considers burning something for a few minutes anyway, before he just continues walking.
About 10 minutes of walking later, Mick has, as of yet, seen nothing of interest to him. A few places that he plans to make kindling in the future, but another day. He wants to get used to this city before he burns it to the ground. However, he is now coming across...An elevator.
"...Who the heck was the genius to put an elevator in the middle of a city street?" Mick asks.
"...That...That elevator is the thing that transfers people between the tiers of Coruscant." a nearby Stormtrooper explains. "I have to assume you're new here."
"...Good to know..." Mick says. "Mind explaining a bit about the tiers of Coruscant?"
"This is tier 1. The heart of the Empire, and a good place for big businesses." the Stormtrooper explains. "Tier 2 is where most smaller businesses take place, Tier 3 is where most living places are, and beyond that...Is where crime starts to take over."
"Hmm...Again, good to know..." Mick says. The elevator opens, and a few people walk out. Mick instantly walks inside as the Stormtrooper resumes his patrol.
The elevator - at least, in Mick's eyes - was mundane. Not like much can be used to improve the appearance of an elevator, anyway. He sees the buttons. 7 buttons, implying 7 Tiers. Mick smiles.
"If anything beyond tier 3 is where crime starts to take over...I'm heading to Tier 6." Mick says. He presses the button, the elevator starting to go down, and prepares to enter Tier 6 of Coruscant.

The elevator opens within tier 6 of Coruscant. Most of the buildings in this small section of the city seem to be made of simple, low-quality bricks formed of concrete, with the occasional buildings of industrial steel, giving them a more modern aesthetic. Glass windows on the buildings, with one or two of them broken, but inaccessible from where he is.
Needless to say, Mick is not impressed.
Mick walks out, onto the street, then turns his attention to the other buildings around. None of them are made of particularly wonderful materials, with most of them looking about the exact same as the others, in the arsonist's eyes. As the ex-Rogue continues peering around the streets, he notices an ally in between these two buildings. The faint light being given off grabs his attention, as he goes towards it to investigate.
Unfortunately, the ally didn't hold much. The faint light was coming from one of the plexiglass windows of the concrete buildings, someone seemingly being inside. There is a bit of graffiti on the wall, writing simply "IT'S ME" in yellow spray paint. The arsonist turns towards the building.
"I wonder how much of the stuff inside that building is flammable."
Heading back out onto the street, he notes the door - the only wood feature he's seen in this city so far. Smiling, Mick instantly draws his Heat Gun, aims it at the door, and pulls the trigger...
"I think I need to reload." Mick states. He opens a compartment on the gun, letting a spherical energy cell fall to the floor. He then takes a new cell out of his pocket, and inserts it into the gun. He then closes the compartment and aims the gun again. "Never gonna get used to that...And I have no idea why I got these cells when I was warped here."
Pulling the trigger, the ex-Rogue smiles as the wooden doors burn, the Heat Gun firing a beam of flame at the entranceway. The fire spreads to the walls, which slow down the spread of heat across the building. Carefully stepping through the burning entrance, Mick first sights the man inside:
Black jacket over a dark red sweatshirt, black jeans and crimson work-boots. He's wearing a black baseball cap, and under it, brown, flat hair. His head is kind of ball-shaped.
He then sights a fire extinguisher, which is immediately snatched by the man, who then runs towards the fire. Aiming it at the flame, he lets the extinguisher rip, putting out the fire. He then turns towards Mick.
"What are you doing in Black Hat Gang territory?" The man asks. He changes the positioning of the extinguisher, now holding it as a weapon.
"That name isn't very original, is it?" Mick asks. "I wonder how many 'Black Hat Gangs' are just littered across Coruscant."
The man doesn't respond with words. Instead, he runs up with Mick and attempts to respond with the fire extinguisher, swinging it towards his head. Mick ducks it, and performs an uppercut, landing a punch straight on the gang member's jaw. He then follows it up with a knee to the gut, before backing away and aiming the Heat Gun towards the man's head. The man, of course, holds the fire extinguisher in front of his face, taking a defensive stance. While he has the extinguisher in front of his face and can't see what's going on, Mick walks up to him and performs another punch to the gang member's gut. The gang member brings the fire extinguisher down on Mick's head, knocking him down to his hands and knees.
"Go ahead. Tell me one reason why I shouldn't end you right now."
The criminal raises the fire extinguisher above his head, ready to make another attack. As he attempts to bring it down, Mick drops and rolls to the side, now lying flat on his back. He then pushes himself up.
"Because you can't." Mick states, drawing the Heat Gun and aiming it at the black-hatted gang member once again. "Can you so much as land a hit on me before I pull the trigger?"
The criminal scowls, gripping his extinguisher tight. "You're awfully cocky there. Maybe I should fix that."
"I could say the same about you." Mick says. His gun is still trained on the extinguisher-welding gangster. With a smile, Mick pulls the trigger, erupting the criminal in flame.
"Well, glad that's taken care of." Mick says.

With the gang member taken care of, Mick decides to actually take a good look around the place. There's a lamp on an oak wood coffee table - seemingly the only source of light in the room, as on the other side of the building it's somewhat dark - and nearby it, a couple bottles of water. There's also a holder for the fire extinguisher on the wall, near a door into the next room.
Staring at the plastic bottles, Mick realizes...He hasn't had one thing to eat or drink since he got here.
He grabs one bottle of water, and opens it. He chugs down about a quarter of the refreshing liquid inside, then puts the cap back on the clear plastic bottle. Stowing it away in one of the pockets on his overcoat, Mick then decides to see if there's anything else worth taking. Approaching the door to the next room, Mick attempts to twist the handle to find that it, too, is locked.
"God damn it." Mick curses. "The key was probably on that black hat guy...And if there's anything else worth looting here, I don't want to set this place on fire just yet...Maybe I can try..."
Focusing, Mick attempts to summon something. A small lump of Omnilium emerges, and begins to take shape, until it forms...A wire. Turning his attention back towards the door, Mick inserts the wire into the keyhole, and starts twisting it around, in an attempt to pick the lock. The door opens with a loud creak, revealing another room of concrete bricks. Mick steps inside.
Inside the room, there's not really much. A small stand holding another lamp, near a small box.
Opening the box, Mick finds...Just some miscellaneous items. There's a black baseball cap not unlike the one the other gang member was wearing, an abnormally large ball of lint, and some sort of ammo clip for a gun Mick has never seen before.
"Hold on a minute..." Mick thinks for a minute. "The white guy said I will receive what I want if I focus enough...Or something like that...What if I want the raw Omni-whatever from all this crap so I can turn it into something useful?"
Mick extends his hands towards the box and focuses. The box starts to glow, and in a few minutes, it transforms into raw Omnilium. Mick absorbs the Omnilium gladly. Then, a noise rings throughout the building; the sound of light footsteps. "That's not good, is it?" Mick asks himself.
"The lead Antonio gave me should mean this is a Black Hat Gang warehouse..." the new entrant says to himself. "...But the question is, who in the name of Omni burned the door down?"
Mick points his Heat Gun through the door, and then walks out, making his presence known. The man appears to be wearing a purple domino mask, and a yellow spandex suit that fades to purple on the lower half. Purple gloves and similar boots, and a purple cape. Two dark purple M's on the center of his chest.
"The hell?" Mick asks. The response from the man in the mask is...Not quite expected.
"Mick Rory?"

"You know who I am?" Mick asks. "Alright, I'm not an expert on this place, but that doesn't seem normal."
"What you should be wondering about is, why don't you remember me?" the vigilante responds, leering at him with a look half of confusion and half of anger. "It's ME!"
"Because I never met you..." the arsonist responds. "What the hell is going on?"
"I honestly have no idea. Different timelines, maybe? Does the name 'Mind Master' ring a bell to you at all?"
"No, not really. But obviously, you know who I am. I have to assume it'll be a problem."
The ex-Rogue keeps the Heat Gun trained on the vigilante. Mind Master simply smirks in response, ready to give this fight all he's got. His voice echoes throughout the mind of Mick Rory.
You sure you don't want to settle this over chess?
Forming what appears to be a glowing pink orb, the time-traveling telekinetic focuses on Mick, not only expecting, but welcoming a fight. Mick charges at him, only to be met with an orb of compressed energy to the head. Mick easily collapses to his hands and knees, especially with the previous head trauma.
Just as thick-headed as you were before, eh, Mick?
Thick-headed...That means stupid, right?
Focusing on the battle at hand, Mick slowly stumbles back up, going to re-aim the Heat Gun at the Mind Master...And then notes that he dropped it. It's about a foot away from him. The vigilante smirks, moving it away from Mick with what appears to be a telekinetic ability. Taking the chance, Mick charges at him, and lands a solid punch to Othan's jaw. The telekinetic punches back, landing a gut shot, but compared to the orb, it isn't much. Mick runs towards the Heat Gun, swiping it off the ground and aiming at the Mind Master. He pulls the trigger, but a wall of psychic energy forms, the Mind Master having his hands to the barrier. Mick prepares to fire another blast, a smile forming on his face.
"I have to admit, you're incredibly tenacious." the vigilante comments, keeping focus on the ex-Rogue.
Othan dispels the psychic barrier, and suddenly, Mick feels a strong pain in his head. The Mind Master approaches, landing three punches in quick succession. The Heat Gun falls to the floor once again, and Mick soon joins it. The pain stops transmitting, and Mick stumbles back up a second time, then swipes the Heat Gun again and aims it, pulling the trigger. A jet of flame launches at Othan, knocking him off his feet and into the hard ground. Getting up, the vigilante prepares to attack again, Mick aiming the weapon in response.
Then, two more Black Hat gang members walk in. The one on the left ditches the jacket, but is wearing black, thick-framed glasses. His build is somewhat muscular. Apart from the jacket and the glasses, the uniform is the same. His hair is blonde, and a bit more spiky. The other one, on the right, has the hat on the wrong way around, and replaces the crimson work boots for black sneakers. They're both holding guns.
"Who are those guys, and how did they get here?" the first one asks, pushing his glasses up.
"Shoot 'em." the other responds, aiming his gun at Mick.
"Which one?"
"BOTH OF THEM!"
Othan forms another orb of psychic energy, launching it right for the head of the one with the glasses. It easily makes its mark on the black-capped gangster's forehead, knocking him to the ground and knocking the cap off. Mick fires a stream of flame for the other one, but misses. The telekinetic forms a barrier of psychic energy as the remaining criminal aims his gun. Two bullets fire, the lead projectiles hitting the barrier and bouncing off harmlessly. The other gangster gets up, straightens his crooked glasses, and aims towards the vigilante, seeing him as the greater threat. Another gunshot fires, and the barrier breaks, a sharp shard of energy striking the time-traveling telekinetic in his side. The psychic shard dissipates before it could do major damage, but it did leave a quite noticeable mark and a tear on the suit.
"Well, that's another scar I'll have to explain to my boss tomorrow..." the psychic complains. He then summons another compressed energy sphere, launching it into the one with the glasses once again, knocking him out. Mick reloads the Heat Gun, and aims it at the conscious gangster.
"See you in hell." the gangster snarks.
"Tell 'em Mick sent you." Mick remarks in response, pulling the trigger, lightning the Gangster on fire. Turning away from his fresh kill, he focuses his attention - and, at the same time, his gun - towards Othan. "Okay, now that there are no more interruptions..."
"You...You just wiped out the Black Hat Gang." the Mind Master states. "All that's left now is the leader."
"Not a very big gang, I assume?" Mick asks with a smirk.
"Yeah, not really...But Monelli has rebuilt before."
"By the way, why don't you hand over that mask?" Mick asks, in an obvious attempt to figure out the Mind Master's identity. "It goes with my outfit."
"Ha ha, no." the psychic responds.
"Guess I'll just have to burn it off of you." Mick says, pointing the Heat Gun at Othan. "What do you say to that?"
"This is what I say to that." Othan remarks. He forms another ball of psychic energy, and launches it at Mick. Actually thinking this time, he ducks, the orb hitting the wall and abruptly disappearing. Mick aims the Heat Gun again, directly for the psychic's head, and pulls the trigger, burning the psychic's head.
"And, as I said before, glad that's over with." Mick says. He turns away from the dead vigilante, and exits, back to the city streets.

Stepping out onto the streets, the arsonist takes another look around. Nothing looks particularly exciting - everything is just as it was before. The streets have gotten colder - either that, or Mick just hasn't gotten used to not being near flaming corpses yet. The buildings around the area are likely locked in a similar fashion to that of the Black Hat Gang building - with all the gangs around, it's not a bad assumption that they'd want to protect from thieves.
"Well, this is boring." the ex-Rogue states. He eyes the Black Hat building again, a mischievous smile forming on his face as his raises the Heat Gun. "I haven't burned one building down since I got here...Maybe I ought to fix that." He twirls the Heat Gun, the smile remaining, and aims it. Pulling the trigger, the concrete building catches fire...
And then a light blue beam hits the blaze, putting it out and creating a bit of ice on the wall.
"You don't want to draw attention to yourself, Mick..." a familiar voice rings forth, seemingly the source of the blast.
Mick turns, sighting the source of the voice and the blast...A blue parka, jeans, and sort of brownish, flat hair. He's holding a gun with a glowing blue part of it, with the barrel featuring three light blue circles, connected with light blue energy linking between the three.
Snart. Snart is here.
"The CPD isn't exactly like what we've seen at Central City." Captain Cold states.
"Snart...?" Mick asks.
"It's me." Snart responds with a smirk.
