Quinzell was issued a warrant for her arrest in suspicion to accessory to murder with the criminal known as Jacket. Upon further investigation by Judge Dredd, Quinzell was cleared on all charges in exchange for promising to stay out of trouble with the law.

Dr. Harleen Frances Quinzel, also known as Harley Quinn. In her first appearances, she was depicted as a character completely devoted to the Joker, totally oblivious to his psychotic nature and obvious lack of affection for her; this characterization has remained more or less consistent throughout her subsequent appearances. Harley's origins is an Arkham Asylum psychiatrist who falls in love with the Joker. Dr. Harleen Quinzel was a psychiatric intern at Arkham Asylum. A model student, in addition to receiving high grades in college, she was also a dedicated gymnast, winning a scholarship to Gotham City University.


While researching the lunatics at Arkham, she became fascinated with one particular inmate. Ambitiously volunteering to analyze him, she pleaded with the doctors at Arkham for three months before she could treat him. After he gained her sympathy during their sessions, he seduced her, causing her to fall madly in love with him. After helping him escape from the asylum more than once, Harleen was suspected by the authorities, who revoked her license and placed her in her own cell.
She is then tortured and forcibly inducted into the Suicide Squad by Amanda Waller. It is eventually revealed that she no longer wears face paint and that her bleached skin is now part of a permanent condition. This is where I am taking her from.

Jacket was charged with murder in the first degree and upon fleeing the scene of the crime, he encountered Quinzell in Coruscant as she first arrived. Completly unaware of his crimes, they share a car together until the police attempted to pull over the taxi. At this time Quinzell separated from Jacket and later was cleared on all charges. Jacket and Quinzell are still known to engage together and should be considered armed and dangerous at all times.

Chemical Insanity Tier 1 Power Up
When the fight gets sticky and it begins to look like the battle is not going in Harley's favor, she begins to feel the effects of her mental disease. Harley's increase of power is a result of abuse and the chemical bath she experienced from the Joker.  It begins when Quinzell starts hearing the Joker laughing, then snickering, and taunting. Eventually, Harley will begin to uncontrollably laugh or scream which signifies that she is having a mental breakdown and is now much stronger and faster than before.

"You Missed Me" Tier 1 Defense 1 SP
Quinzell is a master clown illusionist and is known for her out of the box disguises. When Harley wants to gain the upper hand on her opponents, she will replace herself with a wooden puppet. For instance, if Harley want's to make it appear like she had taken damage, she would instead jump out of the way and leave a wooden puppet that looks like her in its place. This technique is only able to trick and dodge tier one super attacks completly.

Unleash The Hounds Tier 1 Super Attack
Harley Quinn unleashes her pet spotted hyenas Bud and Lou to attack her opponents for 5 - 10 seconds. Bud and Lou deal damage through their claws and fangs.  Unleash the Hounds is a single forced assault and are non-threatening after unless unleashed again (SP).
