Summoning Clause

Bandit is rapidly running out of space to reasonably carry all her weapons. Would it be acceptable to add a "She can summon or dismiss these weapons with a three second focus" clause to her moves? Would that cost anything?

Alternatively, would it be a feasible Move to make Gloves of Holding, where she can store her weapons within them, but if they're discarded, she can't instantly summon them without picking them up?

Gloves of Holding would probably be feasible as a Move (maybe? I could see it being problematic).

I just meant adding it to a previously existing, approved and purchased move. Would that be ok?
