Second Character Suggestions

So, I'm shelving Ms. Marvel. I feel I need a more whacky fun character as a second. Someone who's not so serious that I have to be a perfectionist over and can get into short crazy stories all over the place. bbbbbuuuuuuutttttt someone who's not a joke character....

So far I am thinking The Joker. Any other suggestions?

Kefka is fun. Both he and Joker are definitely evil aligned tho.

Doflamingo would be cool. He can go between wackiness and seriousness as the story goes.

Saitama is pretty wacky, and he'd be solidly a hero. Plenty of story potential there with him losing his OP-ness.

Cuphead could work. You'd have to figure out some motivation for the guy tho.
