Can you make a Cameo for a move?
#1
For Example, let's say I decide to make a super move for Jak connected to Dynamite? Can I possibly bring a da "cameo" in ?

Like using the move before you have it?

I'm assuming you mean can you create a move based on something that happened in Dante's Abyss? If so, the answer is yes. If you wish to use dynamite explosives in a move go for it.
