Help me Decide!

With Permission, I'd like to post some skeleton Character Sheets here for my two possible Alts. I'm leaving Character history pretty basic, but for the character that gets chosen I will expand upon. I'm stuck between Cole from Dragon Age Inquisition and Henry from Fire Emblem. I'd like to hear some people's input and advice!

Character history: Brief History and Personality. I'm using a mix of the English and Japanese Version for his personality.

Starting Proficiencies: Ranged Proficiency(1000), Ranged Materialize Proficiency (600) Total: 1600 OM

Starting Powers: Master Acrobat: (400) Shapeshifting (1400)
Total: 1800 OM

Starting Moves: Waste - When cast, clouds of wretched darkness will amass around the selected target, engulfing him/her in their cold embrace. The effect of being surrounded by them is similar to a form of suffocation or poisoning, but with more immediate effects. They can be cast remotely, but have a limited time of sustainable effect. If they do not find their target, the clouds do not stay formed for very long, perhaps a single second. Casting time is about two-three seconds (300)

Goetia - When cast, masses of lightning infused with corrupt darkness will gather around the selected enemy target, and thereafter explode violently to inflict damage upon him/her. It can be devastating if the hit lands, but is rather ineffective against anyone with a holy affiliation of any kind. It’s casting time is also considerably longer than other spells, standing at 5-6 seconds, longer depending on Range. (300)

Corruption - The Caster summons a spear fashioned of piercing black and violet flames to be launched at a target. This spell is different from the others because it relies on the caster to hit his mark rather than summoning magic at the target’s location. It can be summoned in 1-2 seconds, and upon contact with either enemy or surface erupts into ever-burning flames. They cannot be summoned in rapid succession; the most spears that can be summoned within several minutes is three. (300)

Character name: Cole

Character source: Dragon Age: Inquisition

Character history: He is a ghost in the shadows, walking unnoticed through crowds. He can slit an enemy's throat before they even realize he's there, and slip away, never to be seen again. Those few who do notice him soon forget he ever existed… and Cole isn't certain that he does exist. He is a spirit, impossibly caught between the immaterial realm of the Fade and the confusing realities of our physical world, but does that make him real? Does it make him human or a demonic pretender, as some believe?

All Cole knows for certain is that the world is full of pain and he must find his place within it. Those who wish to restore order and help the helpless will find him a strange but unwavering ally. Those who use their power for selfish reasons may never see Cole again—if they remember that he was there to begin with.

Starting Moves: Note: I’m not sure how I’m going to go about this, but Cole wields dual Daggers. I don’t know how I’m going to go about describing them and such, as canonically he doesn’t have any signature weapons to wield, so I figured I would craft some for him. I’ll gladly take advice on this undertaking.

I was also pondering with the idea of alting Nick Gautier, but decided that it would be quite the monumental undertaking. It's hard to source him directly and gather information about him easily. But I know these sheets are pretty barebones, but I promise to expand upon them when a decision is made. I can think pretty far ahead for both of them, and I feel as though both characters have pros and cons. Just because a decision is made soon doesn't mean the actual character will be submitted soon xD Lots of things going on right now. But yeah, advice and input appreciated. I might submit this to the omniverse discussion as well, but figured I'd put it here first.
