How long would a tranformation from wolf to human take with a speed of three? 2 seconds?

in the Alternate Forms section of the Assists and Transformations page, it says that at 5 SPD it would take a few seconds, and when your SPD exceeds 10 it would be almost instantaneous. However, in the shape shifting rules, it says it could take up to 10 seconds if the form is complex and you have relatively low SPD. if we use both of these together, we can get a rough estimation of how long it would take.

I would say that it'd be, roughly, 2 - 5 seconds. But just remember that shape shifting can't have any effect on your stats and any weapons gained from shape shifting (claws and teeth and what not), will be much weaker than a normal move unless purchased as a move.

Howeer, you could also purchase this wold form as an Alternate form, just make sure to follow the appropriate rules in the Assists and Transformations rule page.
