I discussed this a bit in chat, but I wanted to see what the folks in the game thought as well.
The top prize is a variable Artefact which YOU can create. Obviously this allows you to either bring in some flair from your own universe, or to make something unique that you'd like your character to have. The following is what -I- would do if I won that Artefact. There's two versions, a super-powered one, and a less powerful version. If you're feeling up to it, post your own "wishlist".
The Triforce of Power: This Artefact allows its holder to double their Atk stat at an SP cost of half their unmodified Atk stat per Post. It can be used in conjunction with Power-Ups and items, but will use the "powered-up" value rather than the lower one.
The Triforce of Power: This Artefact grants its holder a +3 to their Atk stat and a +2 to their Def as a passive upgrade.
And bear in mind that both of these are just things I'd LIKE to get. Obviously they'd require approval from the staff first, for balancing purposes.
Another option for the ToP would be to take the former idea and make the SP (and stat boost) variable. Such as it allowing a used to increase their Atk stat by the amount of SP they spend per post. So, at my current level, I could pump my Atk by 4. At level 10, by 10. Or, if I'd rather save my SP, I could increase it by 1 or 2 and have some SP left over for something else.

Artifact ability idea: Switch your SP count with any other one of your Stats count for one post.
Edit:
Example: My 4 speed becomes 2 speed and my SP instead of having 2, I have 4 for this one post.
Could work vice verse for higher lvl characters. Like if I was lvl 4 and I switched my 0 def with SP to gain 4 def in that one post.

I'd personally have an unlimited use Banishment Circle with an unspecified passive stat boost.

Another idea: Artifact that carries different passive abilities, depending on which zone you are in.

I think a sentient artefact would be super cool; that is, one which communicates telepathically with whoever holds it. If I went that route it would function similar to the relationship between Atelos and Hades.

I should really just make a list...
How bout one that works as a super powered up assist but has negative effects on the character... Like summoning a sweet Final Fantasy summon or even a badass pokemon, like Mew....

Or how about a "last resort" artefact: one which instantly heals all damage for a period of time before killing the user.

Or....!: Grants a random power per use. + weak passive buff.
This would be cool, because it uses staff and has a random flavor that could offer great twist of events!

I kinda like the sort of artefact that gives a significant boost and also a small/medium deficit. Like, maybe a berserker buff that doubles attack while halving defense. These just seem less 'vanilla' than regular buff and usually require more strategy to use effectively.
With that said I think I'd develop an artefact that boosts TEC while reducing speed. Sort of a 'Sharpshooter'/Tactician buff.

Soul Chain:
An artifact which grows with each Prime the wielder has slain, including repititions. Each link in the chain adds 1 point in the slain users highest attribute. If the slain has twin high stats, then the user may choose, upon addition of the Soul Link, which stat said link adds.
The chain is not weightless, and acts as a solid object. Meaning to amass great power with the artifact, the user must carry the weight of every kill. The wielder of the Soul Chain can shatter links to compensate, but the attribute of said link is lost as well. The chain, however, cannot be used as a weapon or a defense. Though the user finds it physical, it phases through all other matter.
If the artifact is transferred, the item reverts to represent the new wielder's victories over Primes.
Philosopher's Stone
A powerful artifact which grants its user a natural regeneration boost and 1 extra SP every other level.
Gauntlet of Infinity
A Gauntlet which passively increases Attack, Defense and Speed by +1, while actively increasing a single single stat by +5/SP/Post.
Omnimagnet
A passive Artifact which naturally produces Omnilium for the wielder. +100 to Fortnightly Gains
Bag O' Infinity
Simply put, a bag which can store literally anything, despite the original mass exceeding the opening of the container. Why is this useful? Because the User can easily stash the bag with him/herself hiding inside! The bag can act as a temporary, mobile base. That is, assuming hte user does not desire any upgrades that actually come with a base.
Recall Stone
The artifact allows the user to create a point (or multiple) in which they may return to at any point in time. However, the stone takes thirty seconds to shape into a platform, one minute to charge and then thirty seconds to become fully active. At any point, if it sustains damage, it will return immediately into its inactive form. Though useful for travel, this makes it useless for quick escapes.
Power Modulator
A semi-passive artifact that increases one stat by +5. However, the stat effected can be changed by turning the Power Modulator to the desired attribute. The downside: The change itself requires 1 SP.
The Cloaking
An artifact which offers immunity to Telepathy, Debuffs, Insight and Enhanced Senses. The cost of this immunity is that the artifact reduces all of the user's stats by -1.

I would not make an artifact but use the raw omni power to establish a pocket verse in my stomach. With moves, I'll finally have Guu's ability to eat people.

The Bag o' Infinity isn't a literal bag, it's simply a term for any container with infinite storage space... Technically the T.A.R.D.I.S. could be a "Bag o' Infinity" with all its potential closet space.

I'd want the Muur Talisman and a bonus to DEF as a basic artefact.
For a more advanced version it would have the ability to turn people into rahkghouls temporarily.

I imagine this being like the recent arc on Bleach where that one chick could shrink people down using her power.

The Plague Banner
A banner of tanned human hides tied to a pole of yellowed bone, emblazoned with the symbol of Nurgle, the Plague Banner saps the strength of the nearby unenlightened, channeling it into the nearby faithful. Nearby Non-nurglites lose 1 DEF, while those devoted to the Plague God gain 1 DEF. These effects are only active when the banner is held.
The Ever-Beating Heart
A rotting heart twice the size of a normal man's, the heart beats even without a body to provide it with blood. Anyone picking up the heart feels a strange compulsion to put it inside them, grabbing any nearby sharp instrument, and, severally messy minutes later, implanting it within their chest. Once implanted, The Ever-Beating heart grants Survival and Advanced Regeneration.

I like those, despite their inherit dark touch...
Abyssal Armor
An artifact which doubles defense, at the cost of half the user's Speed, due to its weight.
Bane of Primes
The artifact creates a large field that neutralizes the use of powers - and thus any move with a power requirement.

MegaSphere A brown-grey glass sphere with the face of a demon framed inside. An activate item that doubles the health of the user and heals them to that amount when used, and adds +4 def until the health is reduced to the original amount. However, it loses its charge when it does this, and cannot be used again until the user banishes a Prime.
Archangel's Revenge: a cape that takes the form of four overlapping angel wings. The owner gains Flight. When the owner runs out of health, the user is revived with the least amount of health possible, and gains +2 to all stats.
