The Tarrasque has been defeated, as granted to us by Kerrigan in the other discussion thread.

That said, it was also Sarah's idea was for the issue of the artefact to be settled in its own little pocket verse. Only a fight and/or mutual agreement among all parties, IC and OOC, will result in the artefact being created and awarded to one person. Under no other circumstances will the artefact appear or be awarded. Until then, it will remain as it is (a sphere) and be unresponsive to anyone who might try to grab it or otherwise force their hand. Failure to adhere to this will result in ejected from the Tarrasque pocket verse and removal of any bonus or reward from this thread.

If you intend to remain and contend for the artefact, you should state your intentions here so that this matter can be initiated and resolved in a pleasant and timely manner.

Just as a heads up, I do believe that Sarah intended to give everyone damage points from the fight with the monster.

I won't be going for the artifact myself, but depending on what happens after the Tarrasque is down, I may or may not stay around and fight anyway. Just a heads up that even if I do stay, I won't be taking the artifact either way.

The Tarrasque is down, IC. All the primes fighting it were shifted to 'somewhere else' for the purpose of either: Walking away or fighting.

Even if you don't care for the artefact, ya need to state whether or not you'll join what will be a fight fought for possession of it.

If I missed anyone let me know. These points will carry over just for the immediate aftermath (the artefact battle). The damage totals were based on the actual roleplay happenings to each character. Anyone with regeneration may spend SP to heal wounds, but this must be roleplayed out before the start of the fight.

Ah. I didn't realize such a sudden thing was happening, I was under the impression that we were still standing around in the aftermath and that such intentions would be stated IC. In that case, and assuming that somehow we are magically "shifted" elsewhere for whatever reason, and being that my intentions are not to take the artifact as of right now, the only reasonable thing would be to say I was shifted elsewhere through the divine power of the pocket dimension to sense my intentions, or whatever we're going with.

However, if such a thing isn't entirely implausible (and it seems to me it shouldn't be), and if somehow the characters must state their intentions IC to participate, I'd like to at least wait to make my decision until it is my time to post Aang's actions.

The idea (as designed by Sarah) was that, essentially, the artefact was released from the monster and formed (what is essentially) an Isolation Verse around all the other primes so that the owner of the artefact could be settled in that manner. Obviously whoever posts next will have to address these issues (or we could even just do micro-roleplays as well). The whole point here was to gauge what people's intentions are, and then we can sort out the transition IC as well as set up the guidelines and stuff.

At this phase, it's up to everyone involved whether or not they want to:

A - Fight over the artefact
B - I guess just fight for fun(?)
C - Walk away

If someone wants to pick C, they are free to post wherever they want, and I will edit my most recent post to say that Proto Man spotted 'some of the primes' rather than 'all the primes'

Ahhh. Unfortunate that the nature of the site wouldn't let us settle this section in a bit of a more tabletop-ey manner all at once (micro-roleplays seem a bit unweildy with this many people all with different availability). It'd certainly simplify things to do it this way.

That being said, I'll go ahead and choose Choice C. Since I was knocked out of the way of something-or-another at the last moment by The Stand anyway, I can just say something along the lines of not having been inside the area of the distortion, and/or my spiritual attunement tells me I don't want to be involved in whatever is going on in there anyway. This will of course be subject to change based on who else picks Choice C, though I doubt anyone will, but I'll go ahead and stick with walking away.

One post each of prep and evaluating the battlefield (on the shorter side), then however many it takes to whoop on each other and decide a winner. If Aang is going to fight but not contend for the artefact let me know so I can stick him in there wherever he prefers. Due to certain.....situations that have come to light literally last night, I have a notice to leave here for everyone involved: Internet at home has been cut, for the foreseeable future. HOPEFULLY it's just an outage, but given my luck it's been disconnected because our deadbeat roommate never payed the bill. That we're surprised at all by that is more surprising than anything.

Meaning basically I will have access to a computer with internet capable of posting approximately one to two times a week, at most. For about an hour at a time, unless fate decides to be extremely generous and I catch the library at non-busy hours. If anyone/everyone doesn't want to deal with that, I understand entirely and have no objections being tossed out of the running, but just a heads-up so I didn't just up and vanish and such.

In the interest of 'I don't think I have anything substantial to add IC,' I'll probably not post for this 'pre-fight' stuff and save my mojo for the actual fighting stuff.

I vote that we do this just like we did when we fought the actual monster - 2 posts with all the other standard fight rules.
