Mission Statement:
1. Provide a Safe Haven to ALL those who need it, no matter the circumstance.
2. Help bring prosperity, peace, and unity to the Dunes.
3. Take down the corrupted Empire and remove their influence in the Dunes. Permanently.
How to Join: To join the Faction one must complete the faction quest. If one seeks safe haven, there is no requirements.
Current Mission: To help rebuild and make Nippur a better place for all Citizens of New Babylon
Faction Quests:

They All Fall Down:
Requirements: Must not be affiliated with The Empire, Roland's Raiders, or any other PC faction
Difficulty: Challenging
Reward: Acceptance into the faction and an audience with the King. 100 OM and New Babylon Pin. (OM will be taken out of Gilgamesh's pocket and I will grade the quest myself)
Overview: The Prime must take out the Stormtrooper Captain at Carrefore and return his helmet to Gilgamesh for proof.

Location: The Endless Dunes (Carrefore)

Due to Gilgamesh's…recent freeing of citizens, the Empire has felt threatened by the large prime presence that has been attracting to New Babylon. In order to keep the peace and to make sure that the trade port named Carrefore is still under their control, the Empire has sent down one of their best Captains and plans to raid Gilgamesh's City and stop all incoming traffic that goes there. Gilgamesh plans to end these atrocities and would gladly accept any Prime and call them a true Hero that he could lead.

We all know we want to serve King Gilgamesh but there are some that don't. If anyone has suggestions that would make this Faction more appealing I'm all ears.

Considering our goals overlap heavily, and we'll likely be allying down the road anyway, why not simply hop into The L.A.W.? It's my non-specific evil faction based in the Dunes, which we both reside in anyway. You could still call your personal Base "New Babylon", without problem.

Or not. Just figured it might be worth a merger.

We're villains, so being "friendly" might be asking a bit much. However, I think we could work together to acheive our goals before turning on each other. It's like playing an "evil game" in D&D. No one is really anybody else's friend, but you stick together because you need each other.
