Quick and Easy Questions (please read the OP)
I can't speak to powers, but for non-weapon moves (like, for example, Ghidorah's lightning breath) you need to have a second, appropriately-scaled form of the move if you want to use it with your giant body and not have it be tiny and goofy. Having the ability to create 'giant' moves is one of the big of advantages of choosing to go Big, even if it does cost a little more.
What happens to a Primes base once they switch? Do they disappear or can they be claimed by other primes?
@Reece In addition to what Kelly said, I'll add that powers don't get a range increase. That would break certain powers by letting you jump stupidly high and let you sense people clear across verses.

@Revan The base as an item ceases to exist along with the upgrades it had. Provided you get permission from the original owner, you can use the location/concept as RP fodder for a base that you buy and have it look identical. Deadpool did this with Retane's old base; it didn't fade into the mists or anything, but DP still had to buy the base to use it as one, rather than just strolling into an empty base and claiming free stuff.

For the sake of transparency, this was a no, because Gilgamesh officially switched the character out (Atelos to Shyvana in early 2016, which is what led to the NPC'ing). You can create whatever IC reason you would like for the artefact to be gone.
I am going to be switching my second character Ms Marvel, however that account is no longer linked to mine. How do I access it and link it to this one?

There should be an Account Switcher option at the bottom left of your Edit Profile screen. If not I think I can do it for you, but give that a shot.

Could Spiritual Enlightenment be used to escape a fight? Like, if you have the technique and they don't, could you just escape/retreat to the Astral Realm?

@Sasuke: If you somehow manage to stand still, focus, and meditate for long enough without taking damage, sure. But your chances of doing that in immediate combat is very, very, slim. You'll probably just take a charged attack to the face if you try it.

Theoretically though, if you are able to meditate for the required time (maybe you have allies protecting you well enough) then sure. But practically, no - you won't be able to.
What if you get a super defense that's a box and lasts for the required amount of time.
@Emps: First, you need to get a super move that lengthy approved, which I'm 90% sure won't happen - at least for T1s and T2s.
No super move lasts 5+ minutes, lol

The time for that, just like the time for the Recall Station, have been set that way so that this shouldn't have to be a question.
Is there any "line" that would be drawn between giving your character multiple personalities, and using this as a way to essentially play multiple OCs on one character?

I believe Renji does this. It's fine because you don't have access to a whole new pool of OM like you would with actual additional characters. This way is just r/p flavor and perfectly fine, I believe. (Unless staff says otherwise)

Multiple personality characters are fine as long as it's not something like this.

'My OC was thrown through parallel universes where their mind was combined with Barry Allen, Thor, Naruto, Goku and Luffy, they also gained all of their powers and abilities as well.'

Make it interesting, don't have a bazillion personalities. have one or two, or three, and make them unique with their own goals and agendas.
Obviously I don't mean to use this as a way to get my hands on other canon characters Tongue
It would be more an In-Omniverse thing, I was thinking of certain secondaries being 'absorbed' into one of my Primes or some such.

Cheers to both Sasske and Daniato for the quick replies! ^_^

Can you begin a fight having cast a super move? I know you can start fights transformed, but can you pop a super move as a sort of suckerpunch to start the fight? I know the rules specifically state it has to be done at the end of a post, but if feels weird I can't just walk up to someone and pop a super move before the fight starts.

In an official fight, no. But if everyone doing the fight is cool with it, sure. As long as they have a chance to use a super defense or retaliate with their own super attack. I'd assume you mean using this at the edge of your intro post or something like that. As a general rule of thumb, if it doesn't break canon and everyone is cool with it (at least, storyline runner and the people it affects), anything goes. Well, not "anything", but you can skew the general process a little. Just not for an official fight.
As an addendum, if you start the fight without an intro post, you COULD, in fact start with a Super Move. You'd just need to write some words about non-combat stuff, then at the end of your first fight post (in which you did no actual fighting), you pop a Super Move. I did it with Cell.

I won't mind if you attack my character or base with little to no warning!

What do you define as an official fight? How is that different from any graded fight? And why wouldn't you be allowed to do what Strazio suggested if everyone involved in the official fight was okay with it?

Official fight means any fight that requires a judge/ is part of a site storyline or event.
