Shortly after my revival post-DA (cuz let's be honest, I'ma definitely dying here), I'll be heading back to Coruscant for tattoo-removal. Before Cell can decide to ditch his Pops and go out into the world, the guy drops a bombshell on me. Androids 17 and 18 are HERE, in the Omniverse. He offers to give me information leading to their whereabouts. But first, I gotta do him a favor. His supply of "test subjects" from Tier 5 has been interrupted by something going on down there. He wants me to find out what is keeping his goon squads from abducting people and put an end to it, one way or another.
Basic idea is that T5 is Gero's "honey hole" when it comes to getting people without Dredd finding out. T1-4 are too heavily trafficked by the Judge's forces, while 6 and 7 are too polluted to sustain a large population of Secondaries. But the consolidation of the Gangs on T5 have led to both a shortage of gang-members to pull from and the "protection" rackets keeping his goons off their turf.
Cell's job is to fix this problem. This'll lead into some conflict with the Westsiders. We'll work out a proper resolution to the affair that'll satisfy everyone by Arc's end. Feel free to post suggestions, thoughts, and critiques here, as well as to plan things out once this gets started.

Oh I searched the site to see if 17 and 18 were here, and turns out you are right as both of them are here as Primes, but the one who played 18 turned out to be inactive. Do you think that'll that make things a problem for this thing?

She's listed on the NPC page now, if you check. Meaning she's still a viable target for me to track down. Also, I know the player intimately. I'll run the idea by her first, but I seriously doubt she'd be against this plan. She MIGHT even return from retirement for the thing.

I'm hopping on the this train too because of moar westside stuff and It'll be cool to interact with Cell. I'll like to use both Jacket and my NPC prime Manny Pardo. Manny would team up with Mad bull again if that's ok?

This sounds fun.
You know, the Hutt Mafia is very active in human-trafficking (and alien trafficking ect.). The Westside has been at war with them; actually, Yukki just executed their head of "shipping". Maybe that's a better lead-in for conflict with the Westside? Like, maybe Gero's supply came (directly or indirectly) from the Hutts, and the Westside is fucking with that? Is something to think about, but your thing is good too celly

Oh that sounds like a great idea Luci. I am wondering a bit how Gero got information on the Android's whereabouts though. That could probably be a plot point that could make the mission interesting too.

Considering he's a big wheel in the Empire, I imagine he has access to a lot of information. The Empire is well known for keeping track of Primes. And considering he created 17 and 18, he's be particularly interested in their activities and whereabouts.
