ATTN! Putting Editor in Source Mode By Default

Posting in "source mode" is now the default for newly-registered accounts. You can change this setting on your existing accounts by going to User Panel, Edit Options, and then under Other Options, check "Put the editor in source mode by default". This avoids most problems caused by the editor, and we recommend using it by default.

I see at least two people - Gildarts and Madbull - who are still probably copy and pasting into editor mode, resulting in weirdly giant or small text, and unnecessary formatting at the start and end of every paragraph.

Switching over to MyBB from PHPBB caused a few hiccups, and this is one of them. We can't, unfortunately, change the default for already-registered accounts, so you must do this yourself.

Oh my God, I had no idea.

I've been transferring stuff from google docs to wordcounter.net to avoid the weird formatting issues. This is game changing.

Oh I was copy pasting from google docs or my phone and then like, switching my font. I will attempt to fix my folly but when it comes to computers I don't always press the right buttons.
