Questions about Base Teleporters

Teleporter – 500 OM per

Teleporters may be used to send you from your base to any Verse except the Oververse or the Void. The actual location in the Verse is somewhat random. Each teleporter you purchase may only send you to one Verse, specified when you make the purchase. May not be purchased for Underverse bases. 

So I have some questions about this for clarification.


*If two people used the teleporter at the same time, or even while holding hands, would they wind up teleporting to the same place or would they be teleported to separate locations and they'd have to find each other?

*If people can be teleported together, what's the limit of people that can go through at once and at the same place? (There has to be one.)

*Would the teleporter make sure you are teleported to safety or do you run the risk of being dumped far out at sea or in the middle of the desert?

*Are any of these rules different for secondaries using teleporters?


I was thinking of granting a secondary access to my teleporters and those things could be a HUGE risk to one of them depending how the teleporters work. ^^;

I am imagining a hundred people walking through the teleporter all interconnected by hand holding. They all end up landing in the ocean and have to swim back to shore lol.
Eh the teleporter would surely at least keep you out of the ocean.. but maybe accidentally put you in a river or lake lol.

How does this "random" thing even work? Does a mod choose for you every time you use it or something?

I know it's a non-mod answer, but this has been answered before in Quick Questions, by mods. You pick the location, but make it seem random; don't metagame by ending up right next to your friend who needs aid in a battle.
