Guu’s actions had disturbed him, but Nyeseth acted as if it didn’t, he was balancing two people on top of himself, if he fell over now then he would look foolish to the two girls, and on top of that, he would drop them as well. So he acted as if nothing had happened, and besides, they were already at the gate.
‘Are you ready?’ Nyeseth asked as he stepped through the gate. As the ground disappeared from beneath them, as if pulled away from underneath him. As quick as it had been taken, it had been replaced with dirt and grass, the sound of crunching dirt could be heard as a hot wind blew past his face, his bangs swaying a little as he looked around.
‘Wait, what’s happened? Last time I was here, it wasn’t on fire.’ Nyeseth said as he looked around at the flames that could be seen through the forest. It wasn’t like he was opposed to the burning of the forest, everything in there did try to kill him last time he was here. But then again, he did feel a little sadness towards the animals, maybe a little sympathy for the dinosaurs. It’s not a nice feeling to lose your home.
Nyeseth placed his hands on Desco and lifted her from his shoulders, Guu somehow managing to keep her balance as he did so, and placed her on the ground.
‘Alright, we’re here… Why did you want to come here?’ Nyeseth asked as he directed his attention away from the fire and towards his two companions.

Guu was a tad surprised to see a blue sky and sunlight. Considering how unnatural the Nexus was, she kind of thought that would carry everywhere in this universe, but it appears she was wrong. She appeared to be in some forest world or something.
'Fan of the cliches, huh Omni?' She thought, hoping he might be reading her mind at that moment.
Still after spending so much time in the Nexus, feeling actual air against her face was a breath of fresh air, both figuratively and literally. The smells of nature, though mixed with the smells of smoke, was still enough to make her nostalgic for her jungle home. She had a thought.
'What if there are jungles here?'
When Nyeseth asked his question, she ignored him, stepping aside out of sight behind the gate. Focusing, a ball of light appeared before her, which transformed into a lime green velociraptor with a saddle on it's back and no teeth or claws. She climbed on up. Guu rides in and stands the dinosaur next to the group.
"I want to go see a Jungle." She said.

"Desco wants to explore!" Desco held her arms out as Nyeseth picked her up and put her down again. Desco wasn't sure what to expect coming herr, but a forest that was on fire wasn't on the list. Though it didn't quite surprise her either, Hades had lots of Fire burning eternally. And if they let the fires go out Prinnys would be the kindling to start it again as a part of their Prinny instruction.
Then Guu did something strange with that light that Omni had shown Desco, and made a dinosaur. That stugf, Omnilium, was completely out of Desco's mind until now when Guu used it. Desco moved to inspect the ferocious looking Dino, mouth open. "How did you make a dinosaur? Desco wants to do that!"

Guu looks over to Desco.
"I just focus on what I want and it comes." She said.
She closes her eyes, focusing hard. A ball of light comes out of her body and a minute or so later, out appears a squirrel with three eyes, which perches on top of the head of the dinosaur.
"It seems to take more time the more complicated the thing is."

As Desco had expressed her interest in exploring and then summoning, Nyeseth watched the Dinosaur that Guu had summoned carefully. His last encounter with one had left him with puncture marks, they were healed now, but if something provoked the little girl’s new but dangerous steed, he would act quickly and kill it.
‘Alright, we’ll explore, but we stay away from the flames.’ Nyeseth explained as he looked to the smoke and flames that rose from the forest, it had only been a couple of days since he had last been here. It was quiet and sort of peaceful back then, save the deadly dinosaurs. He wondered what had happened in such a short time to change everything.
As the two girls experimented with Omnillium, something he had forgotten about until now, he kept an eye out for any suspicious movement. The forest was on fire, which meant that there was a high chance that anything trying to escape the fire could be heading their way, which could mean another fight.
A cold feeling came over him, causing him to turn around, only to see Guu staring at him with her cold, emotionless eyes. A shiver ran down his spine as he swallowed.
‘W-What is it Guu?’ He asked with hesitation as her eyes seemed to stare through his soul as if it were glass.

Guu climbs off her dinosaur and stands in front of Nyeseth. She lifts her arm stub into the air.
“One second.”
She turns away from him. She focuses as the familiar ball of light appears in front of her; it only takes about a minute. A small 4x4 blanket forms on the ground. She approaches Nyeseth and then walks passed him. She presses her arms against his back and pushes him onto the blanket.
“Sit”
Her arms stretch on to his shoulders as they pull him down into a sitting position. He continues to have that ominous feeling, uncertain of what Guu might be planning.
She turned away from him again, another ball of light; this time it was unclear what she was summoning. Another minute or so pass by and she turns to Nyeseth again. Her arm lifts up, and inside what has formed into a normal human hand, was a rather normal looking blue berry muffin. She holds it out towards Nyes and stares at him expectantly.
Reluctantly, he takes the muffin. He glances over towards Guu who is again looking at him expectantly. He knew what she wanted him to do. Slowly, he took a small bite out of the muffin, expecting to be poisoned. However, much to his surprise, it was actually quite delicious.
Suddenly, Guu’s social face switches on as she turns towards the others.
“Desco! Seraph! When you’re ready, I made muffins!” She yells in the cutest voice she can muster.
She turns back to Nyeseth; her face seems to have switched back already.
“That was my social face.” She said, winking at Nyeseth.
In her left hand, which was out of sight until now was a picnic basket full of muffins of a many variety of flavors. She places it in front of Nyes on the blanket. Then she walks over and sits next to him. She picks up one of the muffins and stuffs a whole one into her mouth, which she proceeds to swallow whole.

Desco grew wide eyed as Guu showed her how to do it, how to make a dinosaur. But, more importantly it was how to use the substance that Omni had presented to her, self-named Omnilium. Guu was doing neat things with it, so Desco wanted to try to do something with it. So she pulled out some omnilium, though she wasn't sure how she got it herself, and focused on it. She wanted to make something to ride on too. She held still as she focused on the image in her head. Slowly, a circular shape formed and reformed into a stereotypical grey Alien UFO complete with miniature lasers and an abduction beam, though it was grounded with spider-like legs. "Awesome! This is pretty fun!" She climbed in for a bit and tried moving the spider-UFO-bot thing around, and shot lasers at the trees leaving scorch marks, and abducted small things off the ground.
Desco started to make a bunch of miscellaneous objects once her UFO was complete from a giant rubber mallet to a creepy umbrella to a sniper rifle and started abducting those into her UFO too. Her small cargo hold in became stuffed with the stuff she could think of to try to make. She started to breathe heavily from the effort exerted in focusing so much, but then Guu offered some food. "Uh, okay! But we need something to drink!" Desco focused one more time and summoned some traditional Japanese green tea in old style Japanese tea cups. Such things should be oddly at home for the Soul Reaper that came from a Japanese afterlife that was styled by old japanese traditions. It was probably even stranger considering that the two were not actually from the same world. Not that any of them knew that yet from the information they had shared.

Guu had given him a muffin and he had cautiously taken a bite. It wasn’t too bad, it tasted a little weird but that was probably because of being summoned through from a separate dimension. Guu had intended for them to have a picnic and Desco was helping her. Nyeseth wasn’t sure about this though. The forest was full of dangerous creatures and now it was on fire, meaning that any animals fleeing the flames, would end up coming across them. If that happens, he’d have to defend them.
Nyeseth watched as Desco summoned some traditional Japanese Green Tea, it was oddly nostalgic. Back in the soul society they would drink tea and then meditate, contacting and conversing with their Zanpakuto spirit.
‘We must come from similar worlds.’ Nyeseth smiled as Desco handed him a cup of Tea.
Nyeseth had noticed a figure appear from the trees, it was darkened by shadows but it was definitely another person. Nyeseth stood and grabbed his sword with his right hand, preparing to defend if they were attacked. He had believed it to be Seraph for a moment, but then he realized that the figure wasn’t wearing a strange mask.
‘Desco, Guu, do either of you know who this is?’ Nyeseth asked as the figure stepped forward from the shadows.

The strange figure stepped out of the darkness; he looked like he stepped out of a 1930s movie, complete with suit, bowler hat, and mustache. The only thing out of place about his appearance was his long pointy elf ears. He walked in a brisk pace towards the group, pulling along the leads of four horses. He was panting heavily from the physical exertion.
“All of you, hurry!” He yelled between his breaths, “get on the horses! We need to get out of here!”
A soft rumble could be felt through the ground. The sounds of hundreds of claws, hooves, and feet beating against the ground could be heard in the distance, quickly getting louder and louder.
“Hurry!”

Nyeseth, with little hesitation, picks up Desco and places her on one of the horses. Guu climbs on to her dinosaur followed quickly with Nyes, Seraph, and the strange man climbing on their own horses.
“This way!” He yelled. The group rode following the strange man.
Just as they get moving, hundreds, maybe even thousands of animals of many types and sizes burst through he edge of the forest, trampling trees and brush in their wake. The group and their horses dodge the rampaging horde of dinosaur and wild beast. Nyeseth snatches up Guu and places her on his horse as a giant mammoth stomps on her poor velociraptor, flattening it into a jelly smear in the dirt. The group rides out of the path of the stampede. Glancing over their shoulders, they watch as the picnic they had carefully put together is ran over by the panicked creatures.
“My hero.” Guu rather monotonically exclaimed as she hugged him from behind. He felt a small shiver go down his spine from this, but he was relieved everyone got out okay.
As they were clear of danger, Nyeseth rode up to the strange man.
“Thank you,” Nyes said, humbly, “I think you saved our lives.”
“The name’s Jereth, and you’re quite welcome.” He said. “If you’d like to repay the debt, my boss maybe interested in offering you some work; a bit of an adventuring job that’d be perfect for you and your two daughters.”
“They’re not actually my…”
“He’s this direction!” Jereth interrupted, riding faster.
Nyeseth wasn’t sure if he could trust him, but he did just save his life.
The strange man led them a good 15-20 minutes to a hidden off building at the edge of another woods (one that wasn’t on fire.) These woods looked more like something out of fairy tale, the building itself barely looked like it should hold together, like some sort of magic was keeping it from falling apart.
Jereth stepped off his horse carrying two blindfolds.
“I’m sorry, but your two kids need to be blindfolded until we make it to my boss’ office. We don’t allow children in there and normally we’d make them wait outside, but I figure you wouldn’t want to let them out of your sight.”
Nyeseth reluctantly agreed, tying blindfolds around Guu and Desco’s eyes.
The group enters the building, and immediately sees why they didn’t allow children in there. A small cloud of smoke hung heavily in the air as women of different shapes, sizes, and species did business. They were all wearing next to nothing, some entirely naked, talking seductively at male suitors. Some were heading off to the back room, off to do business hidden from the world; elves, goblins, gnomes, humans alike, all of them under one roof to do the unspoken deed. Some of them looked up with concern when children passed by, but many were too wrapped up in the moment to even notice.
“We have the most interracial workforce in the area.” Jereth said as he led the group through the establishment. “I guess this is something all races have in common.”
He led them to an office separated from the action outside. Jereth undid the blindfolds for Guu and Desco. Sitting behind the desk in front of them was a larger burly man, kind of reminiscent of a lumberjack. He appeared to be an incredibly ripped human. Putting out his cigar, he turned to face the group that stood before him.
“You have very unique daughters Mr. Soul Reaper.” Said the boss, “if I didn’t have moral obligations against it, I’d offer them jobs at this establishment on the spot.”
“How did you-” Nyeseth began, but was interrupted.
“My men witnessed the whole incident in the Nexus. When we received word you were coming to the Tangled Green, I sent Jereth to pick you up.” He continued, speaking very candidly and warm. “The name’s Hank. Hank the Frank they call me. I hope this establishment didn’t put you off, we try to run a fair business here.”
Hank extends a hand to shake. Nyeseth cautiously takes it.
“Nyeseth.”
“Well, Nyeseth, you’re a good man. Even though both of these kids proved to be more than just normal children, you still took them on. You have an unsegregated heart.”
Hank walked towards the window and looked forlornly out into the wilderness the building borders.
“The daughter of one of my employees has gotten herself lost in the woods out there. Currently, volunteers from the local village are out looking for her. However, there’s a problem. You see…”
He sighed, walking up to and sitting back down into his chair to tell them face-to-face, his face filled with concern.
“You see… she has the power to turn secondaries such as herself into stone. She inherited it from her father’s side. While she’s a really good kid and would never use it for evil, she doesn’t have full control over it. The villagers are deeply fearful of magic, and I doubt she’s in the state of mind to control her powers at the moment. If they find her, they’ll most likely discover her little secret. I don’t know what they’ll do to her…”
He paused for a second to recompose himself.
“I’d rather not find out. Which is why I need a group of powerful primes such as yourselves to find her before the villagers do. You’re primes, so you are not vulnerable to her power, and I’m sure you guys could find her faster than most people around here. I’ll pay you the usual fee and I’ll owe a huge favor… So, what do you say? Will you accept the mission?”

Nyeseth looked at the man after being asked for a favor, the man would opt to call it a proposition or maybe even a business agreement, but Nyeseth was not a business man, nor was he one for fancy words for a simple favor. Nyeseth examined him closer, noticing that this man was no small pushover, he would have to work hard to win a fight against him, unless his muscles were just for show, and he had no fighting skill at all. It wasn't like he was looking for excuses to get out of it, in fact if it was a little girl, he’d be obliged to look for her and make sure no harm comes to her, but since he knew nothing, he was a little skeptical.
‘You look like you could handle anything the forest throws at you, why aren't you out there looking?’ Nyeseth asked as he rested his hand atop the handle of his sword and looked Hank directly in the eyes.
‘Well, you see, a respectable business owner such as myself couldn't just up and leave his own establishment to search for a single person. It would cause chaos with the employees. It would also leave my position open for anyone to take.’ Hank explained as he paced backwards and forwards, looking sincerely at Nyeseth as he did so, every so often he would raise his hand and gesture to the building they were standing in, as if it was his most important possession.
‘And our payment?’ Nyeseth asked, causing a smirk to appear on Hank’s face, it unnerved Nyeseth a little bit, but it was nothing too serious to warrant caution.
‘You just let me handle that, Mr. Soul Reaper… You just let me handle that.’ Hank said as he returned to behind his desk, sitting down at it and pulling a picture from a draw to his right.
‘This is the girl you’re looking for. She’s a little shorter than your little girl Guu.’ Hank said as he handed Nyeseth the picture.
‘Actually, they aren't-’ Nyeseth began before he was cut off by Hank.
‘She’s got black hair and blue eyes, she has a dark complexion and she’s born to a Human male and an Elf female, so she’s half elf, not hard to miss.’ Hank explained as Nyeseth looked over the picture, the girl looked no older than five or six.
‘Man, now I practically have to find her.’ Nyeseth thought to himself as he slipped the photo into his shihakusho, returning his hand to its usual resting place atop his sword’s handle.
‘Well… Mr. Hank… You have yourself a deal, we’ll find your little girl, you can count on me.’ Nyeseth smiled as he held out his hand as a gesture of good faith, a promise and as a business transaction.
‘Thank you Mr. Soul Reaper, it’d mean a lot to the mother of this child.’ Hank smiled as he spun around in his chair so that it was facing away from them.
‘Well, you know the drill, blind fold the little girls.’ Jereth said as he handed the girls blindfolds and watched them tie them on and then lead them through the front building and back out into the forest.
‘We hope to see you return here soon and safely.’ Jereth smiled as he went inside, closing the door behind him as he did so.
As Desco and Guu removed their blind folds, Nyeseth looked at them and scratched his head.
‘Well… Where do we look first?’ Nyeseth asked as Desco and Guu looked up at him.

Desco went along with the flow of things, a lot was happening. Interesting things, Desco had never seen or ridden a horse before which was fun, but she abandoned her new UFO thingy she just summoned that proceeded to get smashed up by the stampeding animals. But then she was carried along. Desco wasn't sure about being Blind-folded but Guu went along with it with her usual disinterest and Mr. Samurai wanted her to do it so Desco followed suit. She still wasn't sure what was going on but she was sure that Guu and Nyeseth did with their seeming confidence in their actions. So Desco idly moved her tail out and moved it back and forth and twiddled her thumbs as she waited for whatever was going on. It gave her time to think about all of this that was going on so far since she'd arrived in the Omniverse and before.
What was she trying to do around here. Desco had lost most of her power, but she would get that back, Daddy told her she could. Desco needed that power as a Final Boss. One day, Big Bro Mr. Valzy would call upon Desco's help to fight against God. Desco wouldn't go back to taking over the world again until her Sister successfully reincarnated and their sisterly bond could break the rules somehow and she remembered her previous life. Big Sis said that is what she would do. Since that would be a while, her next big goal would probably be to destroy God and his Angelic Army, or whatever else he had. She'd need more than just the power of a Final Boss to go against the Creator and Ruler of the entire Universe. But there is another God to contend with before she could help Big Bro, this Omni person. He brought Desco here and took her powers and he probably wouldn't let her go away so easily. Plus Desco had to get revenge for what he did to Desco, even if this Omnilium stuff is kinda fun.
Desco wasn't sure what this Daughters thing was coming from as they were briefed on the situation, but Desco assumed that it had nothing to do with her. After all, she wasn't his daughter. But apparently Guu was and she accepted this without much thought, which will probably be to the dismay of him later She let Mr. Samurai take the lead on this one, since these guys seemed to want to deal with him, and just waited for things to move on so she could do something interesting. Saving a little girl sounded like Hero's work... but Nyeseth obviously wanted to do it so she went along with it. He was a nice guy. They moved on to the outside and ready to start the quest.
Desco pointed in a random direction. "Let's go that way!" The group sauntered off into the unknown woods. One tree looked like another as they moved along without clues of what they were looking for. An oversized mushroom and some giant jungle fruit broke up the monotony. Desco gasped as they approached the unusual sight. and she picked one of the giant bananas that was bigger than she was. "Look look what Desco found!" Yogsothoth appeared and teared open the giant banana, devouring the fruit quickly, which showed just how much she could eat though odd compared to how she was fairly satisfied at the comparatively small amount of food Guu had made. But Yogsothoth had an endless stomach it can't fill, unlike her little humanoid body, useful for swallowing Demons whole. Nearby, unnoticed by Desco, a stone statue stood. A fearful look on the Orc statue's face and a stance that he had tried to protect his face was probably a clue if the little Demon Girl had noticed it.
---------
Somewhere nearby, a trio followed silently waiting and watching. "Nin Nin Nin.." Well maybe not completely silent. But they remain undetected by the local residents or their quarry. They spies were spied upon too, these three had been watching since they had all arrived at the Fountain. What had sparked their interest was the Prinny that had approached them, and it concluded that the one named Desco was a Demon from a Netherverse. Spying and information gathering their specialty, the Demon Ninja kept careful watch on them and further gained interest when this Seraph showed up. This pushed over the line, and one of them had to send a message to their master. These three may be interesting subjects for the future.. especially as they were Primes brought by Omni himself. The three ninja were still watching now, in the shadows.

Guu just followed the group. Her nostalgia enveloped her as the sounds of birds chirping, the canopy overhead as her ceiling, just made her feel at home again. She had forgotten that smell; the smell of rotting timber and worm poop that composed the ground. She formed toes on her feet just to feel that dirt between them as she walked. No one saw it, Guu didn’t even feel it, but for a brief moment, a small content little smile spread across her face. Somewhere far far away, hell was freezing over.
But before the moment lasted for very long, Desco showed up with a gigantic banana. She hadn’t noticed the giant fruit in the area. She really needed to do something about her senses issues.
As Desco ate the banana, the existence of the giant fruit made her curious.
‘How did a banana grow in a temperate climate?’ She thought to herself, as this was the most crucial question to ask in this scenario.
She looked around, ignoring the out of place statue of an orc standing in the brush, and found another giant banana hanging in one of the trees. She stretches her arms out and plucks it. Then, within full view of everyone, she unhinges her jaw and swallows the banana bigger than herself whole. Everyone could see the giant lump running down her throat and disappear where her stomach would be. After a few seconds, the large lump reappears in her throat. The banana pops out her mouth and lands on the ground, not even looking like it even made the journey at all.
“Yucky” she exclaimed.
Nyeseth just looks on with horror. Desco looks with curiosity, but her mouth was too full to ask questions.
“By the way, there’s a statue over there of an Orc.” Guu said matter of factly. “Might be from our girl. Just an FYI

His horror at the snake-like quality that Guu had produced was subdued as he noticed the stone statue of the orc. Nyeseth examined it closer, turning his attention to the statue as Guu regurgitated the novelty-like over sized banana. Nyeseth looked it over once at first, noticing the incredibly life-like horror on the statue’s face, as if it had been perfectly cut from observing a model. After examining it a second time, he noticed the stone veins in the statues muscles and the individual strands of hair. They seemed as if they’d just break if you were to touch them. The stone clothing of the Orc seemed to sit above what would be the ‘skin’ of the creature, as if they were sitting lees than a millimeter above the stone. It was clear that the girl had been here, taken by the Orcs or just found by and fleeing from this one. This made Nyeseth uneasy. At the same time a dark feeling sat in his stomach, as if he were being watched by someone or something.
‘She was here.’ Nyeseth said as he turned to Desco and Guu, the giant banana still sitting next to Guu. The two had been watching him as he examined the statue, he had thought that this was where the dark feeling in his stomach came from, but Guu’s stare usually made him feel cold, rather than create a pit in his stomach, something else was definitely going on.
‘Which way did she go?’ Guu asked with a voice that lacked any inflections or tones as she pushed the banana away when she realized it Nyeseth had noticed it.
‘Desco thinks she went this way!’ Desco exclaimed as she pointed towards behind the statue.
‘Why do you think that?’ Nyeseth asked as he and Guu walked over to Desco, looking in the direction she was pointing.
‘Because footsteps the size of Desco’s feet are going that way.’ Desco explained as she placed her foot in the footstep and began walking. Nyeseth and Guu followed suit with Nyeseth taking the lead and Guu walking next to Desco.
They hadn’t been walking for long before they started to notice more and more stone statues, some were Orcs, some were dinosaurs and some were humans, they were scattered and some were in groups, as if they had been turned to stone all at once.
‘She certainly has an interesting power.’ Nyeseth thought to himself as he watched the statues as they passed each one, following a myriad of footsteps.
‘I think we should rest here, we’ve been in the forest for a while, and our picnic was ruined earlier… I’m a little hungry.’ Nyeseth smiled as he looked to the canopy above them. It was dense, but there were a few cracks that let light through, to illuminate the forest, even if it was only a little bit. He noticed that the light had begun to dim and the forest had started to get Darker. He didn’t want to stop, he wanted to find the girl as fast as possible, but as long as she could turn things to stone, save Primes, he believed she would be safe for the night.
‘Are we having a campfire?’ Guu asked with her monotone voice as she proceeded to create a sizeable circle out of rocks. Nyeseth smiled and nodded as he began to search for sticks, dismissing the feeling that had come over him.

Nyeseth takes a while getting twigs. For some reason, this particular part of the forest seems to be seriously lacking in them. He finds one, but just as he is about to grab it, a root from a neighboring tree climbs out of the dirt and drags it deep underground. He looks up at the tree which has extended one of its branches down to, what it at least looks like it’s doing, flip him the bird.
Guu, meanwhile, has been summoning things: a broken chair, a framed picture of Neku, a limited edition copy of Dianetics, ect. She’d throw all of them in the fire pit. Then she’d summon a match, which she promptly lit and tossed in the pit; starting a blaze.
Nyeseth runs into camp, worried that Desco and Guu might be in danger of the sentient forest, but not only was he shocked to find they had already started a fire, but the trees around them were slowly inching away in fright.
‘I guess we’re safe from the trees as long as the fire’s going.’ Thought Nyeseth.
The three would sit by the fire, one by one summoning things to toss in the flame to keep it going.

Desco watched as the others got to work on the campfire. Since they were working on that, Desco started to summon other things. First she started with some chocolate bars and marshmellows. Then she focused and created some sleeping bags. Last she created a stuck with a fire that was somehow redder than the campfire and tossed it in. The hell fire she just added consumed the other fire and roared up, much hotter but able to burn for months on what it had right now, with or without oxygen. "There!" Not that Desco was concerned about anything long term.

Nyeseth frowned out of confusion as he watched the branches form what looked like ‘the bird’ in his face.
‘How the hell does a tree know what that sign is?’ Nyeseth thought to himself as he turned around just in time to see Desco throw what looked like a red flame into the fire. As she did this, the fire was taken over, the red flame consumed the lighter flame right before his eyes.
‘Desco, what was that?’ Nyeseth asked as he pulled a sizable log over towards the fire, placing it roughly a meter away, so they could sit on it.
‘Desco summoned hell fire, from Desco’s home world. It’ll burn for months.’ Desco explained in her odd third person composure. It was strange to Nyeseth, he had though it was just a kid thing, but soon had come to realise that Desco really talked in third person. It was cute though, in a child-like sort of way.
‘Nyeseth.’ Guu’s cold voice echoed out as Nyeseth felt something sit down next to him. He turned to look at Guu as she looked up at him, he was getting used to her now, but her eyes still freaked him out a little, and the way her mouth seemed normal, even without teeth, made him feel as if something was wrong with his eyes.
‘Yes?’ Nyeseth replied quickly and sharply as he turned his attention to the marshmallows that Desco had summoned earlier.
‘What world did you come from?’ Guu asked as she watched him turn to look at the fire, realizing that her question had sent him searching through his memories. Nyeseth sat there quiet and staring into the flames for a good 30 seconds before replying to her question.
‘I called it the Soul Society, humans would call it Heaven, but really, it wasn't anything special like that. In my world, souls constantly travel between three separate worlds. When you die, you become a soul, some souls in my world are new, and some are eternal, like myself. Souls with potential, with abilities become Soul Reapers. Other Souls, that can’t pass from the Human world to my world become corrupted and turn into Hollows, which Live in Heuco Mundo.’ Nyeseth explained as he looked up at the dense canopy above them.
‘Of course, not all Hollows are created like this, some are just bad spirits, people who kill for fun. These hollows feed off of other souls, and it is… Was, my job to regulate the souls of the human world, pass on the trapped souls and cleanse the hollow souls, allowing them to pass on to the Soul society and eventually be reborn.’ Nyeseth continued explaining as Guu slapped him. Nyeseth flinched as he looked to Guu, a bored frown on her face. Nyeseth looked towards Desco, she was listening intently, but pretending not to.
‘That’s not what I wanted to know.’ Guu said as she held her finger-less, worm-like hand to his face, as if to suggest violence.
‘Right… My world was full of traditional old style Japanese houses, large and small. Some were small housing, for the regular souls and the large ones were reserved for the 13 court guard squads. Each squad had its own housing and Dojo.’ Nyeseth explained as he looked back to the fire. The red colouring of the flame intrigued him.
‘What were your worlds like?’ Nyeseth asked as he leaned back a little and tried to relax, the search for the little girl still on his mind as he talked.

Guu would usually not tell, the air of mystery was a good position to troll, but maybe she saw the value of these people’s trust, or maybe her loss of powers made her lonely. She thought carefully on what she could tell them, for telling them everything would blow her childlike disguise. After a bit, she takes a deep breath.
“I used to live in the jungle where I lived most of my life.” Guu started “Though my world is much larger than just one jungle. Mine’s a far bigger world with many ecosystems and cultures. Even the worlds between life and death were just a boring mess. I was easily the most interesting thing in my world.”
Guu began to get lost in the sounds of the animals calling in the night. Memories start flooding back.
“Though, I guess it wasn’t so bad. It was so dense with trees, full of wildlife unique to itself. The pokute would come out every morning do their exercises and sing their songs as they await another day of protecting the wild.”
Desco and Nyeseth watched as Guu slowly slipped into her social face as she talked.
“It had wet cool morning air and hot blistering summers. The wildlife, undeterred by the complexities of the universe, just go about their lives as if you could actually live one day at a time. It’s no wonder I’d chose it as my home.
“Even the humans were simple! It was a small village, couldn’t have been more than twenty people. They all lived in little houses full of holes. They’d live together, feed each other, and treat the jungle with respect. They were nothing like those humans in the city who’d only care about themselves.
“We used to go into the city often, the family I lived with had relatives there. Every time we’d go, Hare would get all nostalgic for the jungle. Of course, I’d never tell him I felt the same wa-“
She froze in place, noticing Desco and Nyeseth listening intently.
“I mean, it was a jungle. And um… Uh…” She gestures to Desco. “You talk now.”
She pulls out her Dataverse Device from her stomach and promptly buries her rose colored face in it.

Desco listened as Nyeseth described his home. From how he described it, Desco heard what would make sense in her universe. Nyeseth came from some kind of alternate Celestia called Soul Society that mainly dealt with a Netherworld called Heuco Mundo. These weren't worlds Desco was familiar with, but she knew that each world had its own way of dealing with things and its own affairs with Earth, but she didn't reach the point where her Earth wasn't also Nyeseth's Earth. Guu's odd description however, didn't seem to apply to anything Desco knew about before. No matter, it was Desco's time to talk!
Desco bowed and considered what to say."Aaaah.."Her history was hard to speak of, which should she talk about.. Earth or Hades? "Desco is an artificial Demon from Japan. Desco was created by Daddy to be Fuka's little sister and to take over the world! She spent most of her life on Earth in Daddy's Laboratory." She could describe much more than she could think of off hand about the many different things her father did to her while she was in development. But this would explain to Nyeseth why Desco had summoned something that was familiar to him, the Green Tea. "Japan was a nice place, but Desco didn't get out much. She could pose as a Cosplayer while out in Akihabara but it would have caused a panic if Desco showed off her power. She watched lots of TV and fought with Daddy's battlesuits most of the time. But daddy's final model, DesX, defeated Desco and sent her to be sealed in Hades." Desco's description was a bit of a history lesson as well as a description of the worlds she was familiar with, however Desco cut it short since she was trying to talk about where she came from.
"Hades is a fun place! Desco lives there with Mr. Valzy as a Senator in the Hades Party." Hades actually described only a portion of the Netherworld that was under the Corrupterment as a whole. "Hades is where Prinnies start their training. Prinnies are evil human souls which because of their evil have to repay for their sins before reincarnation. Big Bro Mr. Valzy is the head Prinny Instructor that teaches them the Prinny Rules and inflicts their training upon them until they graduate and move on to work for Demons in a Netherworld or the Angels in Celestia to start earning enough HL." HL is pronounced Hell, the common currency of the Netherworlds and Celestia. "Uhh, Desco isn't sure what else to say."

Nyeseth stared at the fire as he listened to the girls speak about where they came from. Guu’s home sounded like the jungles that were found on earth, but also different at the same time, her story sounded quite normal compared to how – seemingly – abnormal she is. The red flames that Desco had summoned flickered as she began to speak. Desco’s world sounded like a less boring version of Heuco Mundo, where Heuco Mundo was dark and desolate, Desco’s ‘Hades’ was full of fire and rocks, and what Nyeseth understood to be the Hollows of her world – Prinnies. Their worlds each represented where they were from, their own specific worlds kind of made Nyeseth think of the balance that existed within his world. Guu, the soul from the human world. Desco was the soul from Heuco Mundo – or in her case ‘Hades’. While Nyeseth represented the souls from the soul society. It made him smile, to feel so close to home, but this feeling made him feel sad for the girl they were looking for, and how far away from home she was.
‘Your worlds sound very nice.’ Nyeseth said as he picked up a sleeping bag and began to unravel it. The two girls nodded as they watched him.
‘I think we should get to sleep, we’re probably all tired, especially after the fight in the nexus.’ Nyeseth added as he opened the sleeping back up and sat on it. The fire they had going was warm enough to not have to cover himself up. He watched as Desco and Guu followed suit, placing their own sleeping bags close to his, this made Nyeseth smile as he looked up to the canopy of branches above them. Nyeseth could see a single star through a small hole above them. He felt a familiar sensation as he saw the star, as if another of his powers had returned, he felt more connected to his power than he had before.
‘So you’re back… Shiro Ryu.’ Nyeseth thought to himself as a reply echoed through his mind.
‘Yes, it’s about time you could hear me again.’ Shiro’s reply sounded through his head as he fell asleep.
