I am starting a post as well, but it will be mostly inner monologue and reaction to the brief encounter with thrall, and her walk back.

I wasn't sure if Garona would follow the riders back to the fountain to watch the commotion or whatevs, so just left that open.

That's only because that wound up being longer than I thought it would be, ah well. There are some small references to other people, but the bulk of it is just Proto Man and Dredd meeting each other, because they both had helmets with visors and are thus destined to hate each other.

I based Dredd's appearance off of the movie version (if only because it looks more realistic).

Posted as well. I sent a message in my post that's intended for Nyx, Garona, or Eighteen. Not to sway your decisions or anything, just because it was the truest thing to my character I could have written. Do what you like with it.

I need to work on including people more... but I get a bit... not nervous, but when there are so many people involved it becomes hard for me to focus on any single person. Especially now that we have this influx of newcomers... I really should have done their reactions though... damn...

Edit: On that note, I think I'll write about that now.

This won't affect anyone who's posted thus far, but just as a heads up from this point on I will be deducting OM and editing posts from people who violate these rules. I've made it pretty clear now that it takes time to summon stuff from omnilium, both IC and in the rules.

The clothes-for-Thaal thing contradicted the whole "takes time to summon" factoid as did Whirda summoning a bird in a flash. You can edit your earlier post if you like, and I'll edit Whirda's. I guess I just kind of cringed and hoped it would go away the first time, but somehow that genius strategy didn't pan out.

I understood it as taking an amount of time relative to the size/importance of the object. Must have gotten my facts mixed up from the sheer volume of stuff to read.

Feel free to edit in an appropriate amount of wait time, of course, and I won't make the mistake again.

Edit: And quantifying the amount of time it takes might help to assuage the issue, considering it's pretty vague in the linked thread.
