Glorious Golden Wings - Requires; Area Attack Proficiency, Area Defense Proficiency, Ranged Attack Proficiency, Physical Strength - (variable, 600 OM).
King Ghidorah's golden wings are good for far more than simply soaring through the skies laying waste to all that lies below. They are also potent tools in their own right, both for destruction and for defense. They can be used in two different ways:
Golden Guard: Ghidorah curls his heads in towards his chest, hunkers down and folds his wings around his body, charging them with cosmic energy to form a make-shift shield which functionally doubles his DEF. There are are a number of drawbacks to this technique however; while it's not particularly draining, it can't be used while flying, can only be used while in Kaiju-form, and Ghidorah can take no other action - including movement or charging other attacks - while he's hiding behind his wings.
Hurricane Winds: By flapping his wings rapidly while in his Tier 1 powered-up kaiju-form( 35 meters tall) Ghidorah can create tremendously powerful winds in a cone in front of himself one kilometer long and sixty meters wide at the base, tapering out to three hundred meters wide at its maximum range. (Increasing to 1.2, seventy and 380 for a 80 meter T2 kaiju transformation and 1.4, 100 and 440 for a T3). While not damaging in and of themselves, the winds carry the force of the monster's wing-beats, and the effect is like being repeatedly and powerfully shoved (ATK Score), which can have the effect of knocking down opponents and sending them tumbling from the repeated, powerful pressure - though creatures that can fly whose SPD exceeds Ghidorah's ATK, or creatures with a combined ATK and TEC score higher than Ghidorah's ATK may be able to resist. Predictably, the effect is strongest the closer one is standing to the monster, waning to less than half-strength at the maximum distance. Using his wings in this way requires frantic motion on the part of Ghidorah, which wears him out fast. While he can perform this attack while standing on the ground or while hovering in place, he can't take any other action, and can only keep it up for seventeen seconds without rest. Ghidorah can only create Hurricane Winds while in a Kaiju form.

It's shots appear to be shaped like tennis balls of energy. It does a good amount of damage and takes about seven seconds to summon.
The fourth of the constructs is a circular shield, but with wicked blades on the edges of the shield. This can be used offensively by being hurled at an enemy to cut them up or by being used as a 'chainsaw' when a button inside it is pushed to cut down multiple enemies with the blades on the shield. This is one that Warren doesn't like to use all that much, as it takes him 3 seconds to summon.
The fifth and final form of the Multi-Weapon Construct Apparatus's constructs is a simple gun. Well if you call a gun that fires missiles, bullets and lasers at an opponent at a rate of seven shots per second from each simple. This is very accurate and does high damage. Of the weapons he has this is the one that takes the longest time to summon, namely ten seconds. The weapon could be charged up however and if that is done it could do even more damage to anyone on the receiving end.

First construct - What are it's dimensions?
Second Construct - What are the dimensions of these blades?
Third Construct - Please provide a description of the weapon. Does it have multiple firing modes? Is there a reload time? What is it's default firing mode?
Fourth Construct - How big is the shield? What does the shield look like?
Fifth Construct - What does this gun look like? Does it shoot these projectiles all at once or can you switch between them?
The Move in General - How does using this move affect his stamina?

Like every good anime hero, Undyne needs a sword, and it must be historically accurate (aka corresponding to anime tropes)! Which is to say, at least as big as its wielder, preferably larger. Undyne's train of thought? "Go big or go home." As a result, her anime-sized sword is two and a half times as long as herself. She would have gone for twice as long if the sword didn't become overly unwieldy as a result.
The weapon that Undyne named "Taitan" (meaning "Titan" and pronounced the same way) is a true anime-sized sword with a straight blade of 3,90m plus a hilt of 35cm, for a total length of 4,25m. The handle has a basic guard to protect the wielder's hands and offers good grip, which is more than necessary considering the unwieldiness of it. A flame pattern on the hilt provides some simple decoration, but the blade itself is blank, massive steel. While its exact weight is unknown, considering that its blade is pure steel as thick as ~5cm at the center, one can guess that it's heavy as hell.
The size and weight translates into a weapon that wields like a steel beam - in other words, atrociously. It relies on momentum and going with the 'flow' over swift fencing-style combat. Undyne always needs a little time to swing it, making it a very predictable weapon, which is one of its three weaknesses. The second is that it's very tiring to use: five or six swings would leave Undyne breathing heavily. The third is that it must be used with both hands for anything besides carrying it (Undyne can do that with one hand), thus keeping Undyne from wielding it in conjunction with other moves that require her hands.
Its strengths are a great attack range, rivaling that of spears and staff weapons, and its weight. While of course it can be blocked or deflected, its momentum carries into the force of the attack.
Taitan can be used for stabbing and slashing, though considering its dimensions, stabbing is unlikely to ever be practical.
Undyne can make it appear into her hand or draw it out of a sheath that's far too small on the outside, for added anime effect. Either method takes ~3 seconds before the sword is drawn and usable.
I'm not sure if this move would also require Ranged Proficiency and/or Area attack? Please advise

Originally Undyne's resolve to stop the rampaging human from destroying the entire world, her Undying form activated as her Determination kept her from death and reformed her. Now in the Omniverse, she is able to activate it at will, but needs an enormous amount of energy to keep that very Determination from destroying her.
If she transforms, those who made her do it should fear for their lives: it is the point where Undyne ends the time for talk and sets every bit of her mind on striking down her opponent.
Along with the radical changes to her appearance and armor, a bright light shines from her left eye and her voice sounds as if two people spoke at the same time.
Note: If Undyne is in her non-armored form, she does not gain armor upon transformation. Only her body's appearance shifts.

Taitan - Since the sword's reach is about 14ft this will require ranged prof. As for area attack, unless the weapon is larger than 3ft in diameter, I doubt you'll need it. Other than that, It is approved (just make sure to add ranged prof to the requirements).

Multi-Weapon Construct Apparatus MK I: (2100, Physical Strength, Ranged Proficiency.)
This device was one that didn't exist, back in Warren's world. Created using data on Hard Light Technology, this is capable of making a few preset constructs that have been programmed into it. The constructs it makes are limited to hand held things, and currently, only a few defaults have been installed as capabilities of the device. These moves can be used while he is moving, and if he has a hand free they can be used with other moves so long as the move doesn't conflict.

The rifle takes him seven seconds to summon and appears to be your standard purple/black/silver assault rifle, albeit transparent. This is the standard weight, length and height of an assault rifle as well as weight. This takes him seven seconds to summon. It has a clip of about 30 shots. Two shots can be fired per second. Takes three seconds to reload ten shots. Alternately by dismissing this and thus being unable to use it for about eight seconds it can be completely reloaded.
The fourth of the constructs is a circular shield, but with wicked blades on the edges of the shield. This can be used offensively by being hurled at an enemy to cut them up or by being used as a 'chainsaw' when a button inside it is pushed to cut down multiple enemies with the blades on the shield. The downside is that the shield is like a boomerang, and so the move could come back to bite him once he pushes the button, and throws it. The shield has the dimensions of a circular disc shield, like that used by Captain America, with 6 inch 'blades' sticking out of the outer part of the disc shield.
The shield is about 2.5 feet in diameter. There is another tactic that could be employed with the shield, pushing the button without throwing it when one is surrounded by multiple opponents.
The fifth and final form of the Multi-Weapon Construct Apparatus's constructs is a simple gun. Well if you call a gun that fires missiles, bullets and lasers at an opponent at a rate of seven shots per second from each simple. This is very accurate and does high damage. Due to the nature of this Multi-Weapon Construct, it cannot be used with other moves. In addition immediately afterward Warren is locked out of all energy beam or gun type moves that he has at his disposal for 15 seconds and he is locked out of Multi Weapon Construct Moves as well. The charge time of this move is about 20 seconds at maximum allowing it to do a high amount of damage. Once the move has been fired at full charge the move disappears. This appears to be a standard pistol.

Ink Puddle (Requires Debuff, Ranged, Area Attack) 600 OM
Bendy stands in place, and after three seconds, he vomits up a stream of congealed ink up to 20 feet away that covers up to five feet of land or completely covers an average human. The consistency of the ink is like maple syrup, and is really sticky. Limbs caught in the ink will have moderate trouble moving when the victim's ATK equals Bendy's TEC, with near immobility at 0 ATK and no trouble moving at double Bendy's TEC. Ink may also cause weapons to stick and be unable to be drawn without effort, and may start suffocating the target if it covers the nose and mouth. After about 10 seconds, the ink changes to the consistency of water and falls to the floor, useless.
It's moderately taxing for Bendy to use this, and he gets weaker the more puddles there are. He can have up to two puddles at a time, and can absorb the ink if he can touch it with his tail. It takes about 5 seconds to absorb a congealed puddle, and 1 second to absorb a watery puddle.

Ancient Lightsaber:
A very old red bladed lightsaber, this one is an original of Darth Zulenka's during her re-deployment during the Hyperspace Wars as a Sith. The blade is about four feet long and a searing color of red that is nearly blinding. Assembled with ancient crystals found on Korriban the blade reacts violently when ignited and when making contact with things. Like a typical lightsaber it is capable of cutting through most things with ease, but runs into resistance when matched with vibro-blades, cortosis weave, or weapons of Prime creation. This saber is extremely strong in the Dark Side of the Force and contains hidden memories of Darth Zulenka that are only reachable by Marka Ragnos. Because of this, at certain times, Trixie can hear the whispers and echoes of the people her alter ego had killed calling to her from the Force.

Noisy Cricket -- 300 OM (Requires: Ranged, Area Attack)
A tiny little weapon, resembling a silly, futuristic sci-fi handgun of lilliputian proportions. Small enough to be concealed entirely in one's hand, with a glowing 'battery' which displays the level of charge. A small needle, about one inch long, protrudes from the front, forming the 'barrel'. When fired, the gun blasts out an almost invisible mass of hyper-condensed air and soundwaves, over a six-foot diameter area. The blast reaches out to about fifty feet before dissipating, and hits hard enough to virtually vaporize weaker objects, blowing holes clean through them, and often knocking living targets flying even if they weather the blast. Of course...the recoil of the blast is almost comical, sending the firer soaring backwards nearly a dozen feet. Useful as a quick escape while simultaneously attacking, but the impact and recoil can be devastating and unpleasant if not properly braced for. Due to the proper bearing and focus required to properly brace and aim the weapon, it must be fired while stationary and cannot be employed alongside other moves which require both hands. The sheer power of the weapon limits its firing rate, to only one shot every thirty seconds, as it must recharge after each firing.

A weapon wielded by the Jungle Fury Rangers. This weapon channels the "Spirit of the Shark" and is a set of dual swords that are wielded simultaneously. Corrupted from their original forms, and infused with dark magic these are now a darker shade of blue while the blades of the swords appear to be made out of black crystal. The blades are about 8 inches each. The hilts are about three inches. This is mildly draining, like running a mile if you were in shape for him to summon and use. Takes him about six seconds to summon.
Taro Saber - (Physical Strength, Debuff Proficiency, 300. )
A sword of one of the Legendary Ranger Allies of the Lost Galaxy. The sword can ignite with fire. The sword is similar to a weapon that is wielded by a Knight. The blade is a weapon that is wielded by Veritas but has like his other weapons been corrupted. This is mildly draining, like running a mile if you were in shape for him to summon and use. Takes him about six seconds to summon. This sword can cause an opponent to catch on fire for about 5 seconds, ten second cool down. Requires both hands for him to use, so this cannot be used with other moves. It is 29 inches long in the blade.

This device was one that didn't exist, back in Warren's world. Created using data on Hard Light Technology, this is capable of making a few preset constructs that have been programmed into it. The constructs it makes are limited to hand held things, and currently, only a few defaults have been installed as capabilities of the device. This also has his communicator and mobile data verse device integrated into it. Unlike his devices, this is one that Warren has built for himself. The first construct is an elegant purple and black Calvary sword that has golden trim. This sword can be used for melee combat and is a simple construct with no special properties, and is an ordinary sword. This takes two seconds to summon. This is a foot and a half long.
The second construct granted by the Multi-Weapon Construct Apparatus is a set of hooked swords. These can be used defensively to parry attacks that are directed by crossing them together. They can also be used to travel along zip lines, but their primary use is to cut an enemy down to size. Despite being constructs they are ordinary blades with no special properties. This takes five seconds to summon both. These are about two and a half feet long.
The third form of the Multi-Weapon Construct Apparatus's construct is an assault rifle with 30 shots. Each shot is the size of a tennis ball. The rifle takes him seven seconds to summon and appears to be your standard purple/black/silver assault rifle, albeit transparent. This is the standard weight, length and height of an assault rifle as well as weight. This takes him seven seconds to summon. It has a clip of about 30 shots. Two shots can be fired per second. Takes three seconds to reload ten shots. Alternately by dismissing this and thus being unable to use it for about eight seconds it can be completely reloaded.
The fourth of the constructs is a circular shield, but with wicked blades on the edges of the shield. This can be used offensively by being hurled at an enemy to cut them up or by being used as a 'chainsaw' when a button inside it is pushed to cut down multiple enemies with the blades on the shield. The downside is that the shield is like a boomerang, and so the move could come back to bite him once he pushes the button, and throws it. The shield has the dimensions of a circular disc shield, like that used by Captain America, with 6 inch 'blades' sticking out of the outer part of the disc shield.
The shield is about 2.5 feet in diameter. There is another tactic that could be employed with the shield, pushing the button without throwing it when one is surrounded by multiple opponents.
The fifth and final form of the Multi-Weapon Construct Apparatus's constructs is a simple gun. Well if you call a gun that fires missiles, bullets and lasers at an opponent at a rate of seven shots per second from each simple. This is very accurate and does high damage. Due to the nature of this Multi-Weapon Construct, it cannot be used with other moves. In addition immediately afterward Warren is locked out of all energy beam or gun type moves that he has at his disposal for 15 seconds and he is locked out of Multi Weapon Construct Moves as well. The charge time of this move is about 20 seconds at maximum allowing it to do a high amount of damage. Once the move has been fired at full charge the move disappears. This appears to be a standard pistol.

Fifth Construct - "In addition immediately afterward Warren is locked out of all energy beam or gun type moves that he has at his disposal for 15 seconds and he is locked out of Multi Weapon Construct Moves as well". Just say that he is too exhausted after using this move to use any other moves for 15 seconds.

Spin Sword is fine.
Shark Sabers are also fine, but you'd only need to spend 300 on them. Each 'use' is counted as a weapon, so dual daggers doesn't need a dual cost.
Taro Saber: You'll need a length for this, and you don't need Debuff if it's just a flaming sword. If you want lingering burns that cause lasting detriment you'll need to give me some more information.

Samuraizer (300 OM, Ranged Proficiency, Debuff Proficiency. Area Attack Proficiency):
The Samuraizer is a weapon that was used by the Samurai Rangers to morph. However here in the Omniverse, it lacks the ability to morph. Instead, it does have an attack that it can perform, sending "explosive" symbols out at an opponent. This has a range of 75 feet from him in any direction. Each explosion has the power of a firecracker and causes the opponent to experience a ringing in their ears for about 10 seconds. This can be ignored, but each explosion deals medium damage upon whoever it comes in contact with. As this is an ancient relic that is centuries old the Samuraizer takes Veritas about 17 seconds of full concentration during which he cannot defend himself or use any other moves to fight.
Symbol Power - Tri-Fire Orbs (900 OM, Ranged Proficiency, Debuff Proficiency, Remote Control Proficiency, Area Attack):
One of the symbol power attacks that is made possible by the possession of the Samuraizer. This creates three tennis ball sized orbs of fire but each possesses the equivalent power to a land mine when they go off. The orbs have a maximum range of a hundred feet from him before they automatically detonate. The orbs can also be remotely detonated by him with a mere thought on his part. It takes him ten seconds to paint the symbols with the Samuraizer that become these three orbs. The orbs also do 'splash' damage in that they release a torrent of flames upon being hit with anything or detonation. These flames can burn an enemy for about 8 seconds. This move requires one hand, so any moves that require both hands couldn't be used while this move is in use. In addition, this move also requires that he give it his full concentration, and so much like the Samuraizer he cannot attack or defend while writing this move.
Symbol Power - Hydro Stream (300 OM, Ranged Proficiency, Debuff):
This shoots a stream of water that is thin, much like what could come out of a water gun. This travels at the speed of an arrow and does low amounts of damage to anyone it hits. The main damage comes from the fact that the water is freezing cold. This could cause a person to shiver too much to hold a weapon in their hands for seven seconds. Ten seconds are what is taken to draw the Kanji that become this move and much like the Samuraizer, or the Tri-Fire Orbs he cannot attack or defend while drawing the symbols.

Yep, Spin and Shark things are both approved.
Taro Sword: How damaging are these flames? Is there a cast time, stamina drain, or concentration requirement beyond what you listed for summoning the sword? Be aware that without adding some more of those in this move will be pretty weak.

Samuraizer: Can you describe the dimensions of the symbols and what they look like? How fast do they move? Can this be used while moving? How draining is this on his energy?
Tri-Fire Orbs: What’s the range on the explosion? How fast do these move? Can this be used while moving? How draining is this on his stamina? This would only cost you 600 (regular detonation and remote detonation)
Hydro Stream: What’s the range on this? Can it be used while moving? Does it require concentration? How hard is this on his stamina? I’m going to say that having a move that can effectively knock out a person’s whole repertoire of moves (if they use exclusively ‘item’ type weapons and not just spells or whatever) with a single attack is a tad strong. This might possibly work better as an attack that makes it harm to aim or use weapons effectively? Otherwise you could disable a single move or something, just to keep things balanced. Let me know what you think.
Lastly, just a friendly reminder that this makes 6 moves that you have awaiting purchase/approval. Since a couple of them are not very complicated I’m letting it slide, but in the future please be sure to keep a count of what is pending move-wise, otherwise you'll be asked to remove them.

Gunblade-600 OM (Requires Physical Strength, Ranged Proficiency)

This weapon starts out as a gun, about as big as a typical revolver. The gun is silver, with a handle similar to that of a sword or rifle, and a small red button on the roof of the handle area for firing. It has an open area for shooting blasts, next to a battery with the appearance of a magazine. It takes 3 seconds to be drawn, and then can shoot energy blasts at a rate of 1 per second, but can only fire 50 consecutively before overheating, requiring Cole to wait 3 seconds before firing again. The shots move at 763 metres per second, and being hit by them will cause burning, causing first degree burning to someone with below average resilience. Cole can, if needed, fire more than 50 consecutive shots, but the more he does the more it heats up, and more than 75 will cause major burning. The shots can travel 75 metres away from Cole, but the gun is hard to aim, only very accurate within 15 metres. However, Cole can also press a switch on the side of the gun, which materialises a sword and allows him to attack in close range. The sword has a silver colour, with a blue cutting edge and black line near the blunt end. It takes 3 seconds to materialise the sword, but when drawing the gunblade Cole can press the switch, starting the weapon out as a sword. The sword part of the gunblade is 54 centimetres long, and has only one side with a cutting edge. Firing this weapon, or swinging, will slightly fatigue him. Not much, but he will become very tired after more than about 12 minutes of using it.
Arrow of Hope-300 OM (Requires Ranged Proficiency)
This is a simple blast fired from Cole's ring. It is 75 centimetres long, and very thin. Each blast takes only half a second to fire. It moves about as fast as an arrow (67 metres per second), and only causes minor damage, acting as a blunt weapon able to cause bruising to an average person. This shot is very accurate, able to travel more than 100 metres and still being relatively accurate. These shots barely cause an energy drain to Cole, and it would take firing at least 100 of them in rapid succession to make him tired.

I've actually purchased Spin Sword and Shark Sabers, as of yesterday.

It will lock out a single move for ten seconds that costs over 600 OM so long as that move is not the only one possessed by the individual and that move qualifies as a weapon move. This is mildly draining on his energy reserves and cannot be done while moving. Should he do this while moving however the Symbol Power has a chance of backfiring upon him and making him unable to use one 600 OM move that is a weapon move. This travels at double the speed of an arrow. It takes him roughly twelve seconds to draw the symbols correctly.
Taro Saber - (Physical Strength, Debuff Proficiency, 300. )
A sword of one of the Legendary Ranger Allies of the Lost Galaxy. The sword can ignite with fire. The sword is similar to a weapon that is wielded by a Knight. The blade is a weapon that is wielded by Veritas but has like his other weapons been corrupted. This is mildly exhausting like running a mile if you were in shape for him to summon and use. Takes him about six seconds to summon. The flame-effect cannot be used with other moves and in fact, prevents the use of other moves for about 5 seconds after they are activated. The flames take about 15 seconds to charge up with the Taro Saber. As a plus, they can burn an opponent for about six seconds however.
